Morbonoct, as a studio project, started in 2021, with the release of the debut album Anmet. The line-up includes Alexander Medvedev, who is responsible for all the instruments. In mid-2023, new vocalist David Welnicki joined the project. The main idea of the project was the space theme, which is also reflected in the sound and accompaniment of dense atmospheric canvases in the background.
Alexander comments: “The idea of the album is to find a balance between light and dark sound. Since initially the main theme was space and everything connected with it, it was decided to touch not only the dark sides of this phenomenon. This time it was decided not to use any progressive elements. The result was a more spatial sound, with a massive background of otherworldly sounds. Otherwise on the new album I used a different approach only when recording synthesizers. They were composed and recorded exclusively on trips to nature, to the shores of the Baltic.“
Music for new album was recorded, mixed and mastered by Alexander Medvedev. Cover artwork was done by Svitlana Medvedieva. New album titled “The Highest Purpose” will be released digitally on February 19, 2024.

Dark Star recording artists Conquest are strong, aggressive, high energy musicians from the Midwest, Conquest has rocked the nation with their pure breed of Modern Heavy Metal stemming from the old school influences of METALLICA, JUDAS PRIEST and TESTAMENT with a definite presence of their own musical flavor.
Conquest formed in late 1989 by founder Derrick Brumley, frontman and guitar player of the band. Joined by Tony Restivo, Tim Fleetwood, and Adrian Vesper, Conquest played locally and made their 6 song release Hellraiser (demo). Through the ’90s the band experimented with a variety of metal styles only to find the real calling for the group was aggressive in your face high energy heavy metal. In 1995 with the departure of Adrian Vesper and the addition of Mike Crook, Conquest rejuvenated their heavy root beginning with the European release of Rage. In 1999 Tony Restivo left the band and was replaced by Robert Lloyd. The group started work on what would become their next release No Boundaries. With the success of the No Boundaries tour, they completed 70 road performances and grabbing a Jagermeister music endorsement, opening up new avenues for the band. And, now with the addition of Rob Boyer on bass guitar, the group has racked up over 7 releases including End of Days, The War We Rage and Under The Influence. Metal fans will delight in the fresh aggressive, high energy, melodic breed of pure heavy metal Conquest delivers, consistency of their recordings equaling their diverse stage performances not always found in the metal world.

The title of the song, the acronym of “I don’t give a f**c” (in Italian: non me ne frega un cazzo), encapsulates the very meaning of the song, I.D.G.A.F. is an anthem, a violent chorus to be sung in the face of bigots, to those people who would like to lock you in their enclosure of rules, take you with them down into the abyss of their ignorance, to these people you have to scream it in their face, I don’t give a fuck!
Lie Land was born in Quarrata in 2021, under the Qua’rock Records label, with which they released the ep LOVELAND, containing 5 songs that mainly deal with the theme of love, with all its facets. Over the course of these two years, the band has made various experiences in the studio and on various stages, including prestigious ones, such as the Ariston in Sanremo (2023). The band writes original (and non-original) songs with pop rock sounds, influenced by various musical genres, ranging from new metal to Italian pop; in fact, the band’s latest published song, as well as its first mother tongue challenge, is a completely rearranged cover of Lucio Battisti and Mogol’s “I giardini di Marzo”. To date, the band is composed of three members: Marta Giurintano (vocals), Jacopo Scannadinari (guitar) and Melissa Chiti (drums), united by the dream of making a living from music, with all the sacrifices that entails.
