German black metal experimentalists of DER WEG EINER FREIHEIT are proud to announce a massive new European tour together with IGORRR, AMENRA and HANGMAN’S CHAIR in March & April 2023! 

The band comment on the tour: “We are very pleased to announce we will be special guest for two of the most extraordinary bands the European metal landscape has to offer these days. We are joing Igorrr, Amenra and Hangman’s Chair on the extensive “Distortion Tour” in March and April 2023 which will be our longest cohesive tour we have ever done so far and that also leads us to many new places. We can’t wait to play in Lithuania, Finland and Sweden for the very first time in the band’s history! But of course we’re also looking forward to play all the familiar cities we have so many good memories of. UDAL CUAIN Release New Single + Video ‘No One Falls Like A God’

…with these words the prog/power/heavy metallers UDAL CUAIN describe their new single and lyric video “No One Falls Like A God.”

The song is available in every digital platform and will be included in the forthcoming homonymous album

“No One Falls Like A God” has been mixed at Wolf Recording Studio  and mastered at Soundlust Music Studio.

Udal Cuain, which in Scottish Gaelic means “to be tossed around by the ocean”, is a band that plays mostly metal but takes inspiration from many other genres such as classical and electronic music.

Udal Cuain begin to compose their first songs in 2018, with the main reference of seminal bands such as Crimson Glory and Savatage and the best metal of 80s and 90s, but with the heart corrupted by the vampire atmosphere of the early Cradle of Filth albums.

The band, based in Florence, is composed by vocalist/keyboardist/pianist Alessio Parretti (ex Dark Age/Jaws of Fate), bassist/guitarist Matteo Meucci (Coram Lethe), and guitarist Luciano Romano (Ex Dark Age/Jaws of Fate).

MANDRAGORA THURINGIA Release New Album “Rex Silvarum” on November 4th

MANDRAGORA THURINGIA, one of the most promising German epic folk metal bands is preparing to take the hearts of fans of medieval sounds in hard metal garb by storm. Bottoms up, because with “Rex Silvarum” the second album of the Thuringians is now in the starting blocks and will see the light of day on 04 November via MDD Records!

The follow-up to the 2019 debut “Der Vagabund” was recorded at Splendid Wave Studios by Dom R. Crey (Equilibrium, Nothgard) and mastered by Andre Hofman (Varg, Wolfchant).

You can also expect guest appearances by Dom R. Crey and Equilibrium’s Robse Dahn. A first look at the cover artwork is below, a first musical sample will be available soon! Be prepared, because the king of the forest will soon grant you an audience!
