Tokyo’s Thrash Heroes SURVIVE – active in the world for over 20 years – have forged their own indelible path within the jmetal scene. It was back in 1998, when former Death File guitarist and mastermind Nemo decided to form a thrash metal band of his own which soon became the juggernaut known as SURVIVE. Over the next two decades the band have played many big festivals (Loud Park, Beast Fest, Multiplex-motorbike event, Korean Live Rock, Formoz Festival, Asia Metal Festival, Dongducheon Rock Festival, Trendkill Extreme Feast, etc) and toured all over the world with acts such as Behemoth, United, Killswitch Engage, Dope, Pulling Teeth, Testament, Outrage, Anthrax, Hatebreed, Napalm Death, Amon Amarth, Venom Inc, At The Gates, to name just a few, cementing their place in Japanese metal history. Still going strong, SURVIVE‘s latest album “Immortal Warriors” was released to the Japanese market on September 12th, 2018 and a year later, on September 24th 2019, the album is out worldwide via Sliptrick Records. SURVIVE released their first live album “Live At Death Valley” on May 4th 2022 in conspiracy with Pest Records. 2022 is a special year for British Thrash Metal force ONSLAUGHT, one of the most influential and respected bands of their genre: The group led by Nige Rockett is celebrating its 40th anniversary and is planning to do so in style.

This May, ONSLAUGHT were inducted into the „Metal Hall of Fame“, being characterized as „one of the most ferocious, explosive and controversial Metal bands ever to come out of the UK.“

On 11 November, ONSLAUGHT will re-issue their latest three studio albums „Sounds Of Violence“ (2011), „VI“ (2013) and „Generation Antichrist“ as red 180 gram Vinyl editions in gatefold sleeve. On the same day, ONSLAUGHT will also release a special „Anniversary Edition“ of their 2011 album „Sounds Of Violence“, which now comes as a 2-CD digipak including a bonus CD.

The band states: “It’s great to see AFM re-releasing these albums to help celebrate the 40th anniversary of the band. Some new ‚Sounds of Violence‘ artwork, new videos and bonus tracks too?…yea, this is fucking killer!”

KINGDOM COLLAPSE Release New Single ‘Break Free’

Texas rock band, KINGDOM COLLAPSE are taking the world by storm with their undeniable songwriting, die-hard fanbase, and DIY work ethic.

The band’s new single “Break Free” is a follow-up to THREE consecutive rock hits that have each become SiriusXM Octane #1 Most played songs. (i.e. Uprise, Unbreakable, Save Me From Myself), two of which also charted on the Billboard and Mediabase Top 40 charts for Mainstream Rock.
