CLOSE ENEMIES Unveil Music Video for Single ‘More Than I Could Ever Need’

Close Enemies, a powerhouse band featuring legendary musicians Tom Hamilton, multiple Grammy winner, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, and bassist of the biggest-selling American rock band of all time, Aerosmith, is joined by legendary drummer Tony Brock (The Babys and Rod Stewart), touring veterans Peter Stroud (Sheryl Crow and Don Henley) and Trace Foster on guitar, and singer Chasen Hampton, who has been singing professionally since the age of 11, as a member and co-host of the famed 90s Mickey Mouse Club and pop group The Party, unveiled their music video for single “More Than I Could Ever Need” through TLG|ROCK, distributed through Virgin Music Group.  

The video was directed by acclaimed visual artist Tom Flynn.

“We spent a day shooting a video for an upcoming song from the album and finished with about an hour until we had to be out of the studio. We needed a lyric video for ‘More Than I Could Ever Need’, and asked the director, Tom Flynn if we could do something. Fifteen minutes later he had the studio ready and we did a few takes. Two days later he sent the finished product and we were knocked out! He captured the atmosphere of the song and the look of the band so well we could hardly believe it. We hope you like it too. We’re looking forward to working with him again especially since unlike most video shoots it was pain free!” shares Tom Hamilton. 

“More Than I Could Ever Need” is a deeply personal and haunting rock ballad written by Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton along with the band as a tribute to his wife of almost 50 years. The song is a moving ode to commitment, passion, and the kind of love that only gets stronger with time. 

Close Enemies have announced upcoming tour dates under the banner “An Evening with Close Enemies – Live in Concert.” Fans can expect an intimate experience showcasing the band’s undeniable chemistry with a setlist centered around their outstanding and critically acclaimed new songs, along with classic rockers from Aerosmith and The Babys.

ANOTHER REALM release a new single ‘If Worlds Collide’, taken from their upcoming album “Origin”, coming out on 14th November via Demolition Records.

Another Realm is a new symphonic rock/metal project created by guitarist/composer/producer Steven Morrison (Tysondog) and vocalist/songwriter Philip Stuckey (Stuckfish).
 
Their second album ‘Origin’ has been created with a dark fantasy driven story concept based on the creation of the world and its subsequent evolution. ‘Origin’ follows on from the release of their debut, self titled album ‘Another Realm’.

THE VICE Unleash First Single/Video ‘Cardinal Tropes’ from Upcoming EP

Stockholm-based dark metal four-piece THE VICE has announced the release of their brand new 3-track EP “The Red Tape Sessions”, set to drop on December 5 via Noble Demon.

With the track “Cardinal Tropes”, the band offers a first glimpse of what’s to come. The single is accompanied by a striking music video, available to watch below.

LAURA COX Announces May 2026 UK Tour, New Album “Trouble Coming” Out Today

Celebrated guitarist and singer songwriter Laura Cox will embark on her UK tour in May 2026. Tickets go on sale at 11am GMT on Friday October 31 via www.alttickets.com/laura-cox-tickets.


The six-date UK tour includes Edinburgh, Voodoo Rooms (Monday May 4), Newcastle,  Cluny 2 (Tuesday May 5), Bristol Louisiana (Wednesday May 6), London, 100 Club (Friday May 8), Manchester Gullivers (Saturday May 9), and Nottingham Bodega (Sunday May 10). 

The tour news coincides with the highly anticipated release of Laura’s fourth studio album Trouble Coming released by earMUSIC/VeryRecords today, on Friday October 31, 2025.

LAURA COX – BIOGRAPHY

Pioneer of the guitar on the internet, Laura has led the way for many young guitarists and is now at the forefront of the current landscape of guitarists in France and beyond. From bedroom recordings of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama” and the like, Laura uploaded the tracks on YouTube in 2008. She built a loyal following of half a million subscribers. Her re-interpretations of classic rock songs (that also feature her on the banjo, lap steel or bass) have reached more than 100 million viewers across the globe.

The multi-instrumentalist is one of the few artists who managed to break out of the virtual bubble and bring her musical highlighted life with her own band: After two albums released in 2017 and 2019 (Verycords/Warner) and having played the biggest, most prominent stages for rock music in France (Hellfest, Download Festival, Guitare en Scène, etc.), Laura Cox released her third studio album Head Above Water, which highlighted a more personal take and a solid grasp on all things rock.

Head Above Water saw Laura re-inventing herself while revealing new facets of her musical talent. Recorded at ICP studios in Brussels, and mastered by Ted Jensen (The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, etc.), Head Above Water rocked the boat. Celebrated Montreal four-piece rock band the Damn Truth are pleased to announce their new single “Be Somebody” released by Spectra Musique on Thursday October 30th.The single is accompanied with an official music video that can be viewed on YouTube HERE. The song is also available to stream on Spotify.

The new single dovetails The Damn Truth’s November UK tour with special guests  Nashville-based Southern blues rockers Parker Barrow. The tour kicks off on Wednesday November12th at Norwich Waterfront Studio. Tickets for all shows are available from The Gig Cartel.

“Be Somebody” was the first song we wrote for our current album ‘The Damn Truth,’ and the last one we recorded,” says the Damn Truth’s guitarist Tom Shemer. “When the final mix came through the speakers, our producer, Bob Rock, leaned back and said, ‘F***, this is good!’ We all felt it. There was this electric moment in the studio. Pure euphoria!”

Continues Shemer, “Listening to that mix, knowing the record was done, I felt this wave of pride and nostalgia hit me. It took me back to those late nights writing, digging into parts of myself I hadn’t touched before. Be Somebody is the first track on our album, but it’s really a reflection of who we are, and what we became when we made this record.”

The Damn Truth released their critically acclaimed breakout album Now or Nowhere in 2021. Produced by the legendary Grammy Award winning Bob Rock (Motley Crue, Metallica, Bon Jovi). The band continued their relationship with Bob Rock on their self-titled 2025 self-titled album The Damn Truth which features the new single, “Be Somebody.”

The Damn Truth are regular staples on the UK’s biggest classic rock radio station Planet Rock. They first came to prominence on Planet Rock with the title track single from their 2021 album This Is Who We Are Now which was also played on BBC Radio 2’s Rock Show.

The band also received airplay on Planet Rock with tracks from their latest album with the standout singles “I Just Gotta Let You Know,” “Love Outta Luck,” “Better This Way,” “All Night Long,” and, most recently, “Addicted.”

The Damn Truth have toured extensively throughout Europe and North America. They have opened tours for Z.Z. Top, The Sheepdogs, Glenn Hughes, Styx, and Rival Sons.
