New Zealand speed metal powerhouse STÄLKER returns with a sweat-inducing visual from their 2019 tour across Europe – a nostalgic collection of intense live footage from a pre-pandemic time! Along with the blistering single “Sentenced To Death” cut from their 2020 Napalm Records release Black Majik Terror, STÄLKER gives us a taste of what we’re in for as soon as live shows are up and running again!

Watch the Official Music Video for “Sentenced To Death” HERE:

Formed in 2016 in New Zealand’s capital, Wellington, STÄLKER quickly gained attention in the global metal scene with the release of their blistering three-track demo, 2016’s Satanic Panic, which sold close to a thousand cassettes and 7″ copies in the blink of an eye: a staggering feat for any metal band from the southern hemisphere. Shortly after being signed to Napalm Records, STÄLKER set out to drop jaws with their much-anticipated full-length debut, Shadow of the Sword. The high-powered release shines a light on metal’s true lifeblood while showcasing STÄLKER’s strong melodic voice, mixing primeval thrash, punk, and spandex-and-leather-clad 80s metal influences into a relentless sonic attack. Followed by relentless tours around the globe and the release of their critically acclaimed Powermad EP in 2019, STÄLKER went back to the rehearsal room to craft what is now known as their newest offering, Black Majik Terror. The trio wasted no time in disproving the lurking presence of the dreaded sophomore slump. Now the band is back with more speed, more power, and most importantly, more riffs. Black Majik Terror is a cacophony of speed metal mayhem sure to enchant any and all freaks, from the nefarious hordes of metalheads to the street side mobs of low down rock n’ rollers. With primal energy fueling their assault, Daif, Nick, and Chris put on a truly adept performance as they riddle their fans with a hail of piercing tracks that will leave the world in putrid flames. Black Majik Terror is here, and it is here to raise hell.

Finnish pioneers of progressive rock, MINUTIAN, will release their upcoming album Magical Thinking on March 12, 2021. Magical Thinking is the band’s third full-length album and showcases the group’s updated and matured sound obtained through five years of development.

They have now released third single, also named Magical Thinking. The song is a special fusion of genres – electronic music played with traditional band instruments. It manages to be a four-and-a-half-minute catchy snack made with a pop formula as well as the most difficult song to play on the entire upcoming album.

Prior to the just-released single Magical Thinking, Minutian has introduced two previous songs from their upcoming album. Singles Suspicious Smiles as well as Alien Reflection have received a very positive reception from the audience and media.

Although the band operates on the field of modern progressive rock, the album is a compact 45-minute, eight-song package. The band’s playing is tighter than ever and the songs are arranged with more nuances in them, resulting in a roller coaster of an audial experience.

NEKROMANTHEON Unleash First Single For Title Track Of New Album “The Visions of Trismegistos”

After nine long years stirring the cauldron in the underground, NEKROMANTHEON finally re-emerge from the depths with their most ferocious record to date! The first taste of this incredible record is already available today, as the band drops the first single and album title track “The Visions of Trismegistos”. Listen to the track here: https://orcd.co/thevisionsoftrismegistos

The band has commented: “The Visions of Trismegistos is an alchemic formula conveyed through an unknown papyrus by the thrice great Hermes. These hellenic rites will thrust the initiate through the esoteric realms and break the limits of mortality.”

The Visions of Trismegistos is a long-awaited metal assault, bringing forth the spirit of old metal once again. Recorded in Chaka Khan Studio and various locations around Oslo by the members of Nekromantheon  themselves, using mostly old, analog equipment to get that warm, genuine sound. Visions of Trismegistos feels like a lost opus from the glory days of the 80’s, when Thrash, Death and Black metal was merged into one unholy trinity. Yet, it is a fresh and vital testament of a band at the height of their abilities, that stand out amongst their peers.

With The Visions of Trismegistos, Nekromantheon are ready to resurrect the ways of the ancient with their fresh take on old school extreme metal!

The Visions of Trismegistos will be unleashed by Indie Recordings worldwide and by Hells Headbangers in the USA on April 30!

CRYSTAL VIPER’s “The Cult” Presented By ‘NWOTHM Full Albums’ Channel As Full Album Stream

“The Cult”, brand new studio album of the female fronted traditional heavy metal act CRYSTAL VIPER, is being streamed by NWOTHM FULL ALBUMS channel, below:

“It’s super exciting to share this new album with the world! Not only it marks the beginning of the new era of CRYSTAL VIPER, as it’s our first album with Ced, and first album for Listenable Records, but we are releasing it in really weird, dark times. I really hope it will cheer some of the Heavy Metal fans out there up. We really enjoyed working on it, as we managed to return to our roots, and revisit our earliest inspirations” – says CRYSTAL VIPER front woman, Marta Gabriel. “We woke up the kids in us, the same ones that were discovering first IRON MAIDEN albums with “monsters” on the cover, who were listening to the same JUDAS PRIEST cassettes in their walkmans again and again, who were bringing home VHS tapes with low budget horror movies, or who were reading comics and cheap sci-fi novels. Our new album is full of emotions, energy, and represents what CRYSTAL VIPER is all about! I really can’t wait to perform this new material live on stage, where it belongs!” she adds.

The album will be released on January 29 in Europe, and on February 12 in North America by Listenable Records (Japanese release date to be confirmed), and will be available as limited edition vinyl LP, CD, cassette and digital download. CD version of the album includes exclusive bonus track: KING DIAMOND cover “Welcome Home” (feat. KING DIAMOND guitarist, Andy La Rocque), while the LP version includes a cover of the SATAN classic, “Trial By Fire”.
