Shred king Bill Hudson is here to rock the LTD Deluxe H-1001 in Violet Andromeda Satin finish on this playthrough of NorthTale’s “Welcome To Paradise”. The first thing you’ll notice about this LTD Deluxe H-1001 is its Violet Andromeda Satin finish. The Andromeda finish makes the guitar appear various shades of blue, violet, and even green as light is reflected from various angles. The H-1001 is the first LTD version of this outstanding design in a satin finish. It offers an arched-top mahogany body with set-thru construction at 25.5” scale. It features a set of direct-mount Seymour Duncan Sentient (neck) and Pegasus (bridge) pickups with push-pull coil splitting, a Hipshot bridge with string-thru-body, a Hipshot bridge with string-thru-body design, and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets.

Los Angeles-based guitarist/songwriter Bill Hudson (NORTHTALE, I AM MORBID, former DIRKSCHNEIDER, TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA, Circle II Circle, Jon Oliva’s Pain and more) has become a very sought after name in the hard rock world in recent years. Whether he is in Germany headlining the biggest heavy metal festival in the world or in the studio recording guitars for a video game soundtrack, there’s never a dull moment in the life of the Brazilian musician. In the summer of 2015, he made history in Germany, headlining Wacken Open Air, performing in front of 80,000 fans with the TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA. Hudson joined the TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA also for their winter tour in 2015, performing 52 shows in 6 weeks throughout the US and Canada for an average of 15,000 fans a day. From April 2017 to April 2018 Bill Hudson made part of the DIRKSCHNEIDER line-up, touring widely both America and Europe. In February 2018 Bill launched his new power metal band, NORTHTALE, releasing the debut album “Welcome To Paradise” on August 2nd 2019, via Nuclear Blast. RAGE IN MY EYES are blending heavy/prog metal with elements of milonga (a music genre from southern Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina), the band presents a never-heard metal before.

RAGE IN MY EYES is a heavy metal band from Brazil. For 17 years the band went under the name SCELERATA, that had a huge history in the Brazilian heavy metal scenario. The band had three albums released worldwide, including the acclaimed album “The Sniper”, feat. guest appearances from Paul DiAnno (former Iron Maiden) and Andi Deris (Helloween). Scelerata was also Paul DiAnno’s official Brazilian backing band from 2009 to 2014, playing 50+ shows with this heavy metal icon. On October 9th, 2019, RAGE IN MY EYES joined IRON MAIDEN in Porto Alegre, Brazil, at Gremio Stadium. With this huge background, the musicians are now aiming for the future.

RAGE IN MY EYES’ latest album, entitled “Ice Cell”, is available on all digital platforms. The album was recorded between 2017 and 2018 in the cities of Los Angeles (USA) and Porto Alegre (Brazil) and was produced by Magnus Wichmann at Magneto Studio (Brazil) and Daufembach Studio (USA). It was mixed and mastered in Los Angeles by the renowned Brazilian producer Adair Daufembach. The cover was designed by Tiago Masseti, who has worked with Hibria, Luis Kalil and Daydream XI. According to the band, the graphic art seeks to show the mascot Sage in a darker mood: “We wanted to present a more realistic Sage, with a strong expression and at the same time that seemed marked by life; we brought him closer to us.”

Alberto Sonzogni Releases New Single ‘A little bit older’ From Upcoming Debut Album

After three years of hard work, Italian musician Alberto Sonzogni has crafted ten songs for his debut album ‘September Man’, set to be released on February 12th 2021.

The sound of the record  has been highly driven by Sonzogni’s listenings of artists like Toto, Joe Bonamassa, Eagles  and many more. The result is a unique blend of melodic rock and aor, influenced by country and blues as well.

Alberto’s country and southern rock influences are highlighted in his new single ‘A little bit older’, the first one taken form the record.

The track features singer Carmen Giammona as special guest on lead vocals and is now available on all the digital platforms.

Ever since the release of their 2018 debut EP Space Wanders & Bleeding Hearts, ALICEISSLEEPING have been one of the most unique acts in London’s music scene today. Fronted by extraordinary vocalist and five-stringed bassist Alice (formerly MAB), the band takes its inspiration from the vast palette of heavy rock, drawing on everything from ’70s prog rock to 90s, while fans of Smashing Pumpkins, Rush and even early Queen will find a nostalgic — if hallucinatory — home in Aliceissleeping.

February 5, 2021 will see the trio release their hotly anticipated debut album, entitled Completely Fine, through Mandrone Records. After Aliceissleeping recently shared a first sneak peak of their fupcoming full-length to the heavy rock anthem, ‘Over and Over Again’ ( listen to the song HERE! ), the band has just unleashed a haunting, new music clip for their second single ‘Twilight’!

“This song combines furious noise and docile sounds, swinging between darkness and light, blending drone guitars inspired by Sunno)) and Massive Attack.” Alice tells us. “It talks about the unbearable pressure of desire and the inevitability of succumbing to its will. It evokes loneliness and restlessness, but also the beauty of being human.

The video we made for this song, although inspired by the lyrics, tells a slightly different story: it is a reflection on our vulnerable and temporary state as human beings, where the future and the past merge in a constant present in which we are fire and light. Our immortalised image will travel through time, but it will carry only an echo of what we were or what we wanted to be.”

Completely Fine was produced by Aliceissleeping and engineered by Will Maya (The Answer) between England and Spain. The artwork, inspired by b-movie posters, was created by Federico Salis.

February 12, 2021, will see powerhouse label Heavy Psych Sounds Records to release DOZER’s “Vultures” EP. Recorded between 2004-2005 at the Rockhouse Studios in Borlänge, Sweden, these six tracks were used as pre-production demos for what would later become the fourth DOZER album, the pathbreaking “Through the Eyes of Heathens “.

For the first time ever, this must-have compilation of demos will be released on Vinyl and digipack through Heavy Psych Sounds, including the special bonus track – a cover of the Sunride classic “Vinegar Fly”, that never got released before! “Vultures” is pure heavy stoner explosion, with the unique sound that only DOZER can create. After forming in 1995, DOZER emerged in 1998 with their debut 7″ which was awarded “Single of the week” in Kerrang! magazine. Dozer quickly progressed beyond their early influences and created a style of their own incorporating modern elements into their classic heavy rock sound. A sound that always has been intensely heavy but yet also strongly song and melody driven by the distinctive vocals of singer Fredrik Nordin.

DOZER has carefully cultivated a following like none other and a reputation second to none due mostly assuredly to their constant touring and explosive live shows. The band scattered releases on labels like Meteor City, Man’s Ruin, & their own Molten Universe before finding a home at Small Stone. With albums like “Madre De Dios” and “Through the Eyes of Heathens” they have established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the world of stoner rock, often placed upon the same pedestal as the fathers of the movement – Kyuss and Monster Magnet. With the release of their 5th full length album “Beyond Colossal” in 2008, the sons of Sweden seemed poised to teach the Underground a lesson or two about what Rock and Roll is all about. After a hiatus the band returned to the scene with some live shows over the last years, and ultimately, they signed a deal with cult and fuzz rock label Heavy Psych Sounds, who reissued the band’s first three albums “In The Tail Of A Comet”, “Madre De Dios” and “Call It Conspiracy” in March 2020. One can only hope, this is just the beginning of a new DOZER era…

Cathartic black metal outfit GAEREA has partnered with Gimme TV to air their first ever virtual concert on Saturday, February 13 @ 3:00 P.M. EST // 20:00 CET! In addition to performing their sophomore record ‘Limbo’ in full for the first time ever, the band will also be selling exclusive merch and will be present for a live Q&A in the chat. Tickets for the event are $10.00 and are available now via the official Gimme App at THIS LOCATION.

Launched early last fall, GIMME METAL TV combines the power of MTV-like linear broadcasting with livestreaming, and offers music videos, short form artist-created content, long form music documentaries, movies, and so much more.
