BOUM PATAT Announces “Ma Belgique” Eastern European Tour 2026

Get ready for a dose of absurd energy and high-octane riffs. Following the breakout success of their latest album Ma Belgitude, the undisputed icons of Electro-Fun-Metal, BOUM PATAT, have officially announced the first leg of their 2026 European takeover.

Kicking off this April, the band will bring their signature blend of heavy metal, pulsating electronic beats, and surrealist Belgian humor to the underground clubs and festival stages of Eastern Europe.

After catching the attention of metal critics across the continent, BOUM PATAT is set to deliver their legendary “festive chaos” to fans in Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, including a headline appearance at Future Shock Fest in Satu Mare

“We don’t just play a show; we bring a Belgian block party to the mosh pit,” says the band. “Eastern Europe has a legendary metal scene, and we can’t wait to see how they handle the BOUM PATAT energy.”

This Eastern Europe leg is the first part of the BOUM PATAT EU Tour 2026. A second leg across Western Europe, including France, Belgium, Germany, and more, is planned for November 2026, with dates to be announced soon.

BOUM PATAT is the new electro fun metal project by Belgian musician Olivier Wittenberg, former drummer-composer of Manic Movement. In the 2000s, he toured Europe with bands like Kreator, Moonspell, and Psychotic Waltz, and played major festivals such as Graspop Metal Meeting.

After a long break, he returns with Ma Belgitude, a self-produced solo debut that blends heavy metal, Belgian humor, and old-school electronic sounds. BOUM PATAT breaks metal’s usual codes—serious and absurd at once, mixing groove, industrial, and electronic punch with offbeat themes and playful visuals.

Live, the project becomes a trio with Laurent Soulasse (bass) and Maxime Demulder (drums).

German metal act SCHATTENMANN have released their brand-new studio offering, entitled “Endgegner”, today via PERCEPTION. At the same time, the band has started their album release tour, bringing the new material to stages across Germany and Austria.

With “Endgegner,” SCHATTENMANN lean into a heavier and more metal-driven sound. International press reactions have been strong. Devolution Magazine notes that the record shows “the industrial metallers at their most focused,” adding: “You’ll bang your head, you’ll sing along and you’ll groove like nobody’s watching. It’s a fun-fuelled romp well-worth your time.”

FFM Rock writes: “The album convinces across the board, the sound is fat and pumps pure energy, so it gets 8 out of 10 points here.” Powerplay Magazine UK goes even further, awarding 9/10 and stating that a “Future classic album status [is] guaranteed!” while Metalhead.it sums it up perfectly: “An album that stings, that cuts, that annihilates, that captivates. A sinful album that creates a wonderful addiction!”

To coincide with the album’s arrival, today SCHATTENMANN have also unveiled an official music video for the track “Wir sind das Ende der Welt”, premiering here:

Frontman Frank Herzig says about the track:

“The song is an explosive declaration of love on the edge of the apocalypse – wild, unrestrained and uncompromising. Although it begins almost like a ballad, it unfolds into a modern metal track with metalcore elements. Far removed from kitsch and clichés, it tells the story of two people who break every boundary, summon storms and stubbornly give the world the middle finger. A hurricane of passion, chaos and raw intensity that sets everything on fire.”

“Endgegner” sets the tone for a new chapter in the musical journey of SCHATTENMANN, presenting themselves sharper and more focused than ever. Produced by Henning Verlage, the album represents a clear cut and a deliberate evolution of the band’s sound.

Following four studio albums and their first Top 10 chart entry with “Día de Muertos”, SCHATTENMANN continue to prove that change and progression remain at the core of their identity. Heavier, more aggressive, and unapologetically metal, “Endgegner” sees the band reborn in steel and fire, poised to claim their place in today’s heavy music landscape!

THROATCUT. return with their ferocious new single ‘KILLTHENOISE.’ — a track that captures the band exactly where they are right now: louder, sharper and impossible to ignore.

Following the strong momentum of their debut album, which quickly positioned the band as one of the most talked-about new acts in the German heavy scene, THROATCUT. have been steadily carving out their place far beyond the underground. Their uncompromising sound and high-intensity live presence have already taken them onto bigger stages — including a standout appearance at Summer Breeze 2025, where they proved they can command crowds on one of Europe’s biggest metal platforms.

‘KILLTHENOISE.’ feels like the next logical step. Direct, aggressive and stripped of any excess, the track doubles down on the band’s raw identity while pushing their sonic weight even further forward. It’s the sound of a band that has moved past the introduction phase and is now fully locked in on the next level.

With growing momentum behind them, bigger stages ahead and a rapidly expanding audience, THROATCUT. are clearly entering a new chapter — and ‘KILLTHENOISE.’ is the first signal that they are ready to take it.
