A few weeks ago, Swedish modern metal sensation AMARANTHE began to release a series of very special interpretations of songs from their 2020 hit album, Manifest. Today, the band are proud to present the latest and final entry in this sequence of unique singles: a new version of the song ‘Make It Better‘ which now features BEYOND THE BLACK‘s Jennifer Haben on guest vocals. AMARANTHE Release New Cinematic Version of Their Hit Single ‘Strong’

Swedish metal heroes AMARANTHE continue to showcase their versatility and eclectic musical taste. After having released a beautiful orchestral version of their power ballad ‘Crystalline‘ and a flamenco-tinged acoustic rendition of their banger ‘Adrenaline‘ they are now following up with a “cinematic” version of their hit single ‘Strong‘ on which – again – the heavy guitars make way for atmospheric synth layers and orchestral arrangements, giving the song a more laid-back and at the same time very enchanting theatrical feel. “One of the true high points of the MANIFEST sessions was creating the bonustracks – after being incredibly happy with the final mix of the main album, we still had an influx of creative energy left in us. The cinematic version of “Strong” was born from just such a momentum, as we wanted to display a totally different side of the song, as well are our own musical output. We truly hope that you will enjoy this different, and very epic side of Amaranthe!”

There’s no rest for the wicked! After releasing a beautiful orchestral version of their power ballade ‘Crystalline’, Swedish metal heroes AMARANTHE turn up the heat and deliver a spicy variation of ‘Adrenaline’. ‘Adrenalina’ transforms the modern metal anthem into a seductive summer hit featuring new Spanish lyrics and virtuoso acoustic guitar pickings.

AMARANTHE comment on ‘Adrenalina’:
“At the very tail end of the “MANIFEST” sessions, we were looking into the traditional bonus tracks and wanted to do something special for these ones. “Adrenaline” already had a slightly latin sounding C-part, and after breaking out the classical guitar and a glass of Rioja, the flamenco vibes were filling the studio. The result is “Adrenalina”, and it might very well be our own favourite bonus track we have done so far! Enjoy!”

Seven days into the new year, the party isn’t over yet: Today, the Swedish metal heroes AMARANTHE release a remix of their new single “PvP” – a catchy, energetic piece built to break the dancefloors all over the world!

After recently delivering the official anthem for the Swedish team at the international e-sports world championship. AMARANTHE now follow up with level two and unveil a music video for their latest single “PvP”. Directed by none less than Poland’s Grupa13, who previously worked with the band on ‘Archangel’ or ‘BOOM!1’, the video is a colourful and uplifting way to end another blunt year of the pandemic.

It’s with both a twinkle and a tear that international modern metal outlets AMARANTHE and BEYOND THE BLACK announce big news today: The Swedish firestarter around singer Elize Ryd and mastermind Olof Mörck and the German speerhead of melodic metal behind fronter Jennifer Haben have to postpone their joint venture again. The European co-headline tour now will take place in autumn 2022.

Together with the changed dates AMARANTHE and BEYOND THE BLACK are proud to finally announce their wonderful support acts BUTCHER BABIES and AD INFINITUM today, heating up the audience on this monumental European tour.

BEYOND THE BLACK about the news:
“On the one hand, we must announce that our European Co-Headline Tour with Amaranthe cannot take place in the beginning of 2022. We have hoped for it to happen and are very frustrated with the overall situation. On the other hand, we found replacements for all concert dates and will not only postpone the tour, but thank all fans for waiting a little longer by adding not only one, but two amazing bands to the tour billing today: Welcome, Butcher Babies and Ad Infinitum!“

“It is with great sadness that we have to announce that our European tour once again has to be moved. Such is the reality of the ongoing COVID situation, but let’s cross our fingers that this is the last time EVER we need to move a tour! It is not all doom and gloom however, since we are very happy indeed about the line-up of bands who will join us next fall! Beyond the Black, Butcher Babies and Ad Infinitum are all fantastic bands and great friends too, so we could not be more excited about that! See you ALL in fall 2022!”
