ROTTING CHRIST Announce North American Tour

Greek metal masters ROTTING CHRIST have announced a new North American tour. The tour begins on Sept. 2 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, sees the band joining MARDUK and Season of Mist label mates CARACH ANGREN, and NECRONOMICON. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.

ROTTING CHRIST are touring in support of their new album, ‘Rituals’. The band, regarded as “one of the best guitar-riff-writing bands out there to date” (No Clean Singing), is streaming ‘Rituals’ in full here.. The band’s twelfth studio album, ‘Rituals’ is regarded as “singular and unique a contribution to the development of metal as anything on the table.” (Kevin Stewart Panko, Metal Injection) and is available across multiple formats at the Season of Mist E-Shop.

ROTTING CHRIST previously landed the Billboard Heatseekers Chart at #14 for the release of their new album, ‘Rituals’.

CARACH ANGREN Announce Headlining Tour Dates In Russia

Extreme metal conjurers CARACH ANGREN have announced two exclusive headlining tour dates in Russia. The band will play on November 14 and 15, in both Moscow and St. Petersburg respectively. These performances follow CARACH ANGREN‘s previously announced string of tour dates across China and Mexico. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.

CARACH ANGREN are touring in support of their new album ‘This is No Fairy Tale’, on Season Of Mist. The album, heralded as “Carach Angren’s most extreme tale of horror yet” (No Clean Singing), “a real career-definer for Carach Angren” (Sputnik Music), and “a sort of theatrical production that gives class to black metal, while still keeping it as cold and frost-barren as we remember” (New Noise Magazine) is streaming here.

CARACH ANGREN premiered a lyric video for the track “Two Flies Flew Into A Black Sugar Cobweb” here. The video, directed and animated by Costin Chioreanu (AT THE GATES, MAYHEM, DARKTHRONE), is a sequel to the previously released video for “There’s No Place Like Home”. Clemens “ARDEK” Wijers , the keyboardist and main composer behind extreme metal conjurers CARACH ANGREN has contributed to a new project titled LINDEMANN, featuring RAMMSTEIN frontman Till Lindemann and Peter Tägtgren of HYPOCRISY and PAIN. Their debut album, titled “Skill in Pills” will be released later this year.

Regarding the new project, Wijers comments: “I’m very proud to announce that I have created orchestral arrangements for project LINDEMANN by Till Lindemann and Peter Tägtgren. “Their album called ‘Skills in Pills’ will be released in May and is going to be a killer!”

Legendary Swedish producer and musical mastermind Peter Tägtgren compliments: “Clemens pimped up my orchestra parts like a god.”

Extreme metal conjurers CARACH ANGREN have premiered a new track off their forthcoming album ‘This is No Fairy Tale’. The track, titled “Killed And Served By The Devil” is streaming now at Metal Underground.

‘This Is No Fairy Tale’ will be released by Season of Mist on January 27, 2015 in North America (January 25 worldwide) across multiple formats including LP and CD, limited edition Digibox, and a special bundle including an extremely limited CARACH ANGREN mask. Melodic black metal masters CARACH ANGREN have released a new track in anticipation of their first-ever North American tour. The track, titled “There’s No Place Like Home” is streaming now at Lambgoat.com.

“There’s no Place Like Home” is taken from the band’s forthcoming  album, to be released in 2015 by Season of Mist. The album was recorded by Patrick Damiani (FALKENBACH) and will be mixed by acclaimed producer Peter Tägtgren (DIMMU BORGIR, IMMORTAL, SEPTICFLESH, CHILDREN OF BODOM, AMORPHIS).

CARACH ANGREN recently began their tour alongside DEICIDE, SEPTICFLESH, INQUISITION, and ABYSMAL DAWN. The tour, which began on Oct. 6 in Charlotte continues throughout the United States and Canada until Oct. 29. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.
