Symphonic black metal formation …AND OCEANS have teamed up with Invisible Oranges for the premiere of their new album, ‘Cosmic World Mother’, ahead of its May 8 release. The record, which is the first new music from the band in 17 years, can be heard in full at THIS LOCATION.

Guitarist Timo Kontio comments: “We are so excited to present the new record ‘Cosmic World Mother’ of …and Oceans, after 17 years since the latest album, ‘Cypher.’ We have waited a long time for this day to come. Let the music and Adrien Bousson’s visuals take you on a journey beyond!”

Symphonic black metal formation …AND OCEANS are now premiering a music video for the song “Five of Swords”. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming album ‘Cosmic World Mother’. Watch the video HERE.

Vocalist Mathias Lillmåns comments: “Five of Swords” is a personal favorite of the album. An old-school ‘…and Oceans’ song made to fit the 2020’s, topped with a cold, but still personal, minimalistic music video! A song that shows another side of “Cosmic World Mother” and what it has to offer.”

Symphonic black metallers …AND OCEANS have released “Vigilance and Atrophy”, the second track from their new album, ‘Cosmic World Mother’. The song can be heard at THIS LOCATION.

Vocalist Mathias Lillmåns comments: “‘Vigilance and Atrophy’ shows the melodic side of …AND OCEANS. A song laden with guitar melodies and draped in spacious synths, it introduces you to the more epic soundscapes of ‘Cosmic World Mother.’ While being a pretty up-beat song, the words were written during one of the darkest times in my life, in a place somewhere in between, in an insomnia fueled trance like state.”
