HEADBANGER’S KITCHEN: Launches New Season

DS1Heavy metal cooking show Headbanger’s Kitchen hosted by DEMONIC RESURRECTION frontman Demonstealer is back for a new season. The show started in 2011 and hosted bands such as Lamb of God, Gojira, Nervecell, Karnivool, Bhayanak Maut and many more.

The new season kicks off with Mumbai based Thrash band DEVOID with the cooking of a ‘A God’s Pie’ named after the bands debut release ‘A God’s Lie’.

Headbanger's Kitchen 2Heavy Metal cooking show Headbanger’s Kitchen hosted by DEMONIC RESURRECTION frontman Demonstealer has just launched a Wishberry.in crowd funding campaign for their 3rd season.
The youtube show which was launched in March 2011 has released 16 episodes featuring bands and artists such as Lamb Of God, Gojira, Karnivool, Nervecell, George Kollias, Bhayanak Maut, Hacride, Wolf, Albatross and many others. The 3rd season will be launched in Jan 2014 and run all the way till December releasing a total of 12 new episodes featuring various metal bands.

Commented, Demonstealer “I’ve run this show for close to three years now and obviously there are costs to it. I think we’ve got enough fans now who might not mind paying a small sum to make it happen. At the end of the day even if we get 2000 fans to give 1$ to watch each episode we’ll have enough to do an entire season. I’ve always been one to believe in the power of the fans and I hope they will support the show. In return we’ll give them great recipes and insightful interviews.”

DEMONIC RESURRECTION: Release Pro-Shot Bloodstock Performance Footage Online

Indian metal pioneers DEMONIC RESURRECTION have released pro-shot footage of their performance at Bloodstock Festival 2012 on the band’s youtube channel. DEMONIC RESURRECTION performed at the festival in 2012.
The performance video was funded by the band’s fans through a successful campaign run in early 2012. “We originally crowd funded for a music video but after a series of events the funds were used to buy our performance footage from Bloodstock Festival. It’s taken us a year to release the footage due to some bad luck and bad decisions but none the less we’re finally grateful that it’s out and extremely grateful to our fans who contributed to making it a reality.” commented frontman, Demonstealer.
The band’s last effort ‘The Return To Darkness’ was released on Candlelight Records in 2010. They are currently working on a follow up album scheduled for a 2014 release followed by some dates in UK and Europe to promote the new album.

REPTILIAN DEATH: Inks Deal With Old School Metal Records

Mysterious death metallers REPTILIAN DEATH from India have inked a deal with California based record label Old School Metal Records. The label will be releasing the bands latest album ‘The Dawn Of Consummation And Emergence’ worldwide on 10th October 2013.
Commented Demonstealer. “I’m really happy and grateful to sign up with OSM. I’ve known Patrick (OSM Ceo) for a while now and he’s very passionate about the music and I couldn’t have asked for a better label to release the album on. The album released a while back in India and now finally our fans overseas can get their hands on a copy. We should also be working on some dates to tour UK/Europe in early 2014.”
REPTILIAN DEATH has long existed in the shadows of the Indian metal scene as the side project of DEMONIC RESURRECTION frontman, Demonstealer. The band spent their first 12 years making sporadic live appearances and changing line-ups fairly often. During that time, REPTILIAN DEATH had an almost humorous disposition, writing little spoof metal epics like ‘5 Easy Ways To Murder Someone‘ and ‘Nursery Rhymes For Satan’s Children‘ while balancing a handful of serious tracks which eventually found themselves on their 2004 debut, ‘Total Annihilation‘. In 2006, the band’s direction took a turn for the serious with the release of their EP ‘Intestinal Feast‘ on the ‘Defaced And Split‘ album, which also featured Exhumation, Warface and Narsil.
Shortly after the release, the band returned to the shadows until resurfacing in early 2013. The band exploded on the scene completely metamorphosed into brand new beast. Fronted by Vinay Venkatesh (Bhaynak Maut), dressed in priestly robes with his face painted half black and half white and backed by a band of masked members REPTILIAN DEATH has moved out of the shadows and into the forefront of the global metal community. The world will now see ‘The Dawn Of Consummation And Emergence.’
