EVIL DRIVE Release Second Digital Single & Music Video ‘We are One’

Finnish melodic metal band EVIL DRIVE strikes back again! On their 3rd upcoming album they present themselves more powerful and with major musical and technical improvements. The much awaited third album „Demons Within“ will be launched and distributed worldwide on the 2nd of April 2021 by Reaper Entertainment Europe.

The band has presented the second digital single “We are One”. The song is available on all major streaming platform now.

The band states:
“We Are One represents the melodic metal side of the album with small steps to thrash and even black metal territory.”

Finnish melodic metal band EVIL DRIVE strikes back again! On their 3rd upcoming album they present themselves more powerful and with major musical and technical improvements.

EVIL DRIVE has published 2 full-length albums so far: „The Land of The Dead“ (2016) and „Ragemaker“  (2018) both receiving excellent feedback from the media and fans alike.  The much awaited third album „Demons Within“ will be launched and distributed worldwide on the 2nd of April 2021 by Reaper Entertainment Europe.

EVIL DRIVE also revealed the stunning new cover artwork today. It was done by artist Jarkko Vanhalakka.

The band states:
“The long wait has ended! We proudly present the cover art for our upcoming album “Demons Within”, which will be released 2.4.2021 on CD and digital formats worldwide! Hopefully this year we get to play you the new songs live! Stay tuned for more updates!”

Finnish female fronted metallers EVIL DRIVE are going to release their new album “Ragemaker” on March 30th, 2018 via Reaper Entertainment Europe.Today, the band has released a video clip and first digital single “Fire Is Her Name”, watch it below. The video was produced by Finnish video director Tino-Viljami Vanhala in September 2017.

The band states:
“Fire Is Her Name” traditional and straightforward band video. We believe that the song itself is strong enough to carry on through the song with no useless tricks or gimmicks. It‘s a kind of old-school video, it‘s simple but it also a bit splashy at the same time. “Fire Is Our Name” is our first video with no actual script, and it was a refreshing way to work this way for a change. Maybe there will be more like this in the future or then not?

Singer Viktoria adds:
“Fire Is Her Name,” tells about a woman, “a Devil woman.” She is a strong, beautiful, explosive and unpredictable woman. Today she can be a lovely lady and tomorrow the devil has to pay. She has a goal, and she is committed to doing it. But nobody doesn’t know how or when she will achieve her goal. Maybe it goes over; you can never know? When I started work these lyrics, I had no ambition to write anything with this name. I just took a pen and paper and wrote down the words. Perhaps those just escaped from the dark corners of my mind? If I’m speaking frankly, this character is a bit like me in real”.

Finnish female fronted metal band EVIL DRIVE are going to release their new album “Ragemaker” on March 30th, 2018 via Reaper Entertainment Europe.

Today, the band has revealed the cover artwork for the upcoming album. The impressive artwork was created by Jarkko Vanhalakka.

The band states:
“Like with the first album, the artwork was created by Jarkko Vanhalakka. We gave him free hands to develop it, but of course, we gave him the title and the songs for getting right kind of inspiration. The word Ragemaker doesn’t mean anything really, but the name came up while we were watching the news and reading all the magazines and the newspapers which were full of news about pedophiles and other kinds of sick people whose main priority is to hurt others. So basically, the name of the song and the song itself is about those things and about the anger that we feel about those people. And besides the word Ragemaker sounds good, so we decided that it’ll be the album title.”

EVIL DRIVE Signs With Northern Solitude Entertainment

Finnish metal band EVIL DRIVE have inked a deal with Northern Solitude Entertainment for booking in Finland:

Comments the band:
“EVIL DRIVE will join the Northern Solitude Entertainment family with Frosttide, Kivimetsän Druidi and Vorna among the others. NSE will take care of Evil Drive bookings in Finland from now on.”

EVIL DRIVE are set to release their debut album “The Land Of The Dead” on January 22nd and the release party will be held on January 23rd at club On The Rocks in Helsinki. The other band performing is Enfarce and they are releasing a new album as well. The party will begin at 9:00pm CET.
