What do you get when you throw members of CRYPTOPSY and INCANTATION into a death metal blender containing musical ingredients formulated by a member of Soulstorm, ex-Overthrow, ex-Pestilence? Well, out pops TRIBE OF PAZUZU, the band featuring Flo Mounier (drums), John McEntee (rhythm guitar), Randy Harris (rhythm & solo guitars), and band mainman/vocalist, Nick Sagias.

The Tribe have just dropped the title track from their forthcoming EP, Heretical Uprising. As you might expect, it’s a bulldozer of brutal, old-school sounding death metal with a modern touch, courtesy of the recording, mixing and mastering efforts of Cryptopsy guitarist extraordinaire, Christian Donaldson.

The EP was recorded, mixed, and mastered by CRYPTOPSY guitarist Christian Donaldson at the legendary The Grid studio in Montreal.

TRIBE OF PAZUZU comprises some true heavyweights of death/extreme metal in Flo Mounier (CRYPTOPSY), John McEntee (INCANTATION), and Randy Harris (ex-MACIFECATION). The tribe are lead by mainman Nick Sagias (SOULSTORM, ex-OVERTHROW, ex-PESTILENCE).
