German rock legends SCORPIONS will be touring the US beginning May 2016. In fall 2015 Cleopatra Records released on Blue-ray the Scorpions FOREVER AND A DAY fully authorized documentary spanning 50 years (!) of Germany’s long running rock band. After 50 years on stages all around the world, Germany’s Scorpions decided it was time to embark on one last tour. This fully authorized documentary follows the hard rockers from their beginnings as young music fans to the present day. The band reflects on their fans, their long-time crew and each other. FOREVER AND A DAY is the portrait of a life long journey. In German with English subtitles.

As the film shows, during the 2011-2012 tour, the band members were so energized by the response from fans that they decided to scrap their retirement plans. Founding Scorpions guitarist Rudolf Schenker says that if you watch FOREVER AND A DAY, you can see the veteran rockers come to the realization that they weren’t ready to call it quits.
