British label SECRET SERVICE RECORDS released two songs from its upcoming MOTÖRHEAD tribute, relying only on Brazilian bands. Two of the great representatives of the Brazilian Metal made available their versions for the tribute.
One of the great promises of Brazilian Metal, Rio de Janeiro’s HATEFULMUDER, made available its version of ‘No Class’ (from the album ‘Overkill’, 1979). This version is also available as a bonus on the European edition of the album ‘Red Eyes’, released by Secret Service.
The other version, is by Brazilian giant TORTURE SQUAD. The quartet performs ‘Overkill’, track that opens the eponymous album. The group’s new album, ‘Far Beyond Existence’, is being recorded and will be released by Secret Service.
‘Going To Brazil… The Brazilian Tribute To Motörhead’ will be released later this month. The work comes in double digipack, containing a booklet with information of the 30 participating bands, which include great names of the Brazilian metal scene. The tribute will be distributed throughout Europe, Asia, North America and South America, including Brazil. Check out the full tribute tracklist:
