The O2 Pre-sale starts Wednesday, 2 August at 9am, followed by a Live Nation Pre-sale on Thursday 3 August at 9am. Tickets go on sale to the general public from livenation.co.uk and http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk on Friday 4 August at 9am.

All cylinders are furiously firing, DAN REED NETWORK are back all guns blazing. With the recent release of their critically acclaimed album “Fight Another Day” safely in their pockets, the band have indulged Europe and the States in a fiery return to the touring circuit.

To celebrate their upcoming special guest appearance on EXTREME’s December UK tour, DAN REED NETWORK have launched the official music video for their single “Infected”.

“DRN is honoured to be touring with EXTREME this December in the UK,” says Dan Reed. “The funk rock scene of the late 80’s early 90’s was an exciting, inventive era in the music scene and to be sharing the stage with one of a handful of bands that championed that movement will be nothing but good times on stage for us, and a raucous experience for the audience. HAMMERFALL’s ‘Infected’ Enters Swedish Chart At No. 2

“Infected”, the new album from Swedish melodic metallers HAMMERFALL, entered the official chart in the band’s home country at position No. 2 (right behind LADY GAGA!). The CD was released in Europe on May 20 and will be made available in North America on June 7 via Nuclear Blast Records. Laying down the foundation themselves in their own studio in Sweden, the members of HAMMERFALL then traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to finish it up with acclaimed producer James Michael (MÖTLEY CRÜE, SCORPIONS, MEAT LOAF). He also mixed the album, giving it a decisive updated edge without losing any of the essence of the band’s sound. “James helped us create something that was new and exciting while still in the line of our heritage”, Oscar Dronjak, guitar player and founder of the band, explains.

Hammerfall: New Album Details Revealed

On May, 20, Swedish melodic metallers HAMMERFALL will release their new album, “Infected”, via Nuclear Blast Records. Laying down the foundation themselves in their own studio in Sweden, the band then traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to finish it up with acclaimed producer James Michael (MÖTLEY CRÜE, SCORPIONS, MEAT LOAF). He also mixed the album, giving it a decisive updated edge without losing any of the essence of the band’s sound. “James helped us create something that was new and exciting while still in the line of our heritage”, Oscar Dronjak, guitar player and founder of the band, explains.

“Never before have we sounded this fresh and up to date without losing the essence of what HAMMERFALL is all about: pure ‘infected’ heavy metal!” comments vocalist and frontman Joacim Cans.

“You will experience us like you’ve never done before! We’ve got a lot of fresh influences shining through in the music, but everything you love about HAMMERFALL will still be there,” says Oscar. “This is HAMMERFALL in 2011, the legend has been reborn!”

On March 12, the album was introduced for the first time to an international group of press people in Gothenburg, Sweden,, where the album received a great response. Metal Hammer Spain calls it “the HAMMERFALL of the future,” while British Powerplay magazine comments: “‘Infected’ will have the name HAMMERFALL spreading like a virus. Prepare for an epidemic!”

The album consists eleven songs, and the limited first edition will also include a bonus DVD with unreleased video material of five of the “Infected” tracks.
