Says the band about the signing: “On this new era for Jaded Star our paths crossed with Nuclear Blast’s veteran Patrick Walch and his amazing team of the up and coming German metal force Noble Demon records. An impressive first peek of what to expect from the upcoming full length album can now be heard and seen in form of the music video for “Female Fronted”, streaming here:
Maxi Nil explains: “I never really understood the term Female Fronted Metal…why should we use the sex of the singer to define a music genre? You see a woman behind the mic, you hear a woman singing…isn’t that obvious enough? Our song Female Fronted is an ode to music that is meant to unite and not to divide. Let’s put an end on this new trend, sexism doesn’t belong in this world, we can all do better than this.“
Tracklist reads as follows:
A Pain All Mine
Children Of Chaos
We’re The Heroes ( A Song For Us )
Higher Than Love

JADED STAR recently released their debut album “Memories From The Future” via Sensory Records. With over forty-five minutes of JADED STAR’s energetic forward-thinking melodic heavy metal, “Memories From The Future” was produced by vocalist Maxi Nil (ex-Visions Of Atlantis), mixed and mastered by Fredrik Nordstrom at the legendary Fredman Studios in Sweden (Arch Enemy, At the Gates, Dimmu Borgir, In Flames, Opeth, etc.), and features ten brand new epic anthems. The album showcases Maxi’s electrifying vocals and the masterful drum work Raphael Saini (Chaoswave, Cripple Bastards, ex-Iced Earth, Arhythmia, and many more) is known for. Guitar hero Kosta Vreto, with his unique finger strumming style, eschews the plectrum in favor of a raw, organic sound that literally comes straight through his hands. Babis Nikou on the bass brings a solid foundation and the chemistry between he and Maxi as the songwriting team provides emotion to match the power of the sound.
