LEPROUS are releasing a very special digital single of a cover version of A-HA’s “Take on Me”, which was recorded during the band’s latest North American tour at the Musora Media studios in Abbotsford, Canada. The recording was part of Musora’s “Covers On The Spot” series, where LEPROUS heard the song blind and had to record it on the spot in a space of a few hours.

Having just returned from tours across North America and most recently Australia, LEPROUS have already announced next touring for early 2025, kicking things off with a first run across Europe for “Melodies Of Atonement”, a tour of Latin America and a next tour across the USA and Canada.
LEPROUS, who recently released their eighth studio album, Melodies Of Atonement via InsideOutMusic, return to North America this Spring for the second leg of their MELODIES OF ATONEMENT TOUR . Joining LEPROUS are fellow labelmates Wheel.
The Norwegian band will also mark the 10th anniversary of The Congregation’s release with full album performances of the collection on specific dates: Boulder, Los Angeles, Chicago, Montreal and Boston.

“Melodies Of Atonement” was recorded with David Castillo at Ghost Ward Studios in Sweden, mixed by Adam Noble (Placebo, Biffy Clyro, Nothing But Thieves, etc.) and mastered by Robin Schmidt (The 1975, Placebo, The Gaslight Anthem, etc.). The artwork is based on photography by John Dolan with design by Ritxi Ostáriz.
