Guitar maestro GUS G. has shown his animal loving nature by rescuing an injured cat from the street outside his home. Gus shared with fans on his official Facebook page the following statement and photo:

“We have a new member in the family! Everybody say hi to Marquise! I found her 10 days ago on the street outside my house in a state of shock. Unfortunately her front left leg is neurologically dead. Still, she’s happy, purrs all the time, plays all day long and loves everyone! We’re taking care of her now.

PS: we named her Marquise in honor of the great late Markos (RIP)”

Gus is currently working on the eagerly anticipated next album with his band, the Greek power metallers FIREWIND, who are also scheduled to support the legendary SCORPIONS on 20th July in Athens, Greece.
