NOCTURNAL BREED: Advance Stream Of New Album “Napalm Nights” With Metal Hammer UK

Norwegian rock & roll thrashers NOCTURNAL BREED have teamed up with Metal Hammer UK to launch an advance stream of their new album “Napalm Nights” (out March 11th in Europe and April the 1st in North America). Including present and past members of Satyricon, Aeternus and Gehenna and featuring a guest appearance of Darkthrone‘s Nocturno Culto on vocals, the stream is available here.

While the album is being released as planned in Europe (March 11th), new North American release dates have been introduced: March 18th (iTunes and Amazon) and April 1st (all other stores).

British Metal Hammer Presents Moshcas 2014

The British Metal Hammer staff seem to be excited about this year Oscar Movie Awards, and as we know them, they probably are looking to see that “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” will win some of those golden Oscars. But this is just a part of story, they recently presented their own kind of Oscar Award, entitled “Moshcas,” but why that name we have no idea yet. Check out their statement:

“It’s the only way to describe the Metal Hammer office today. For it is today, in honour of it being Oscars weekend, that we have officially launched the first ever Metal Hammer Moshcas. Best Beard? Best Dressed? Best Metal Pet?”

Metal Hammer UK continues: “So, without further ado, here are the 100% official (definitely not official), first annual Moshcas. Good luck to everyone nominated. This is set to be a truly emotional day. And yes, the pun is truly, truly dreadful and we know it should technically be “moshcars” but we thought it looked better, so there.”

Alexander MilasAs previously posted, Metal Hammer Magazine‘s Editor-In-Chief, Alexander Milas  tweeted about his upcoming cycling trip to Cambodia to raise money for children. The tweet was as follows:

“In a week I’ll be on my way to Cambodia raising money for kids. Please help, and help spread the word. It’s metal.”

Alexander has recently checked in with the following message from his journey in Cambodia:

“A tough, incredibly hot day one of the Truants Cambodia charity ride draws to a close, Run Through The Jungle by Creedence playing through my head the whole way. The area around Angkor Wat is breathtaking, as is cycling through it. Much more soon.”
