Swedish rockers BLACK INK RIVER are preparing to release their new single ‘No No No’, which will be the first to be released from their forthcoming second album. The track is due out, along with a video on 30th April, which will be premiered by Swedish online music magazine Rockbladet. The album is due for release via GMR Music later this year.
Daniel Wahlström, the band’s vocalist states: “We have really matured as a band this time around and we wrote the songs together in our rehearsal place where we can jam the songs and put all the bits and pieces together.
NO NO NO feels like a good song to release as a first single, it represents our sound. It’s a solid rock song with the right grooves at the right places.
The song is about breaking up with destructive people and relations.”
BLACK INK RIVER says it’s difficult to categorize themselves but that they play some kind of vintage heavy riffing rock music. You can also hear some hard rock and blues vibes here and there.
