Music Theories Recordings, a division of Mascot Label Group, released MR. BIG guitarist PAUL GILBERT‘s 12th solo album Vibrato on October 15th. The album includes four new guitar and vocal compositions, four instrumentals, and three live cover songs from Gilbert’s 2010 Fuzz tour including YES’ Roundabout, MUDDY WATERS’ I Want To Be Loved and AC/DC’s Go Down.

“Hello Everyone! Check out my new signature pedal! The Majik Box – Fuzz Universe Custom here. It has the same great tone as the original FU-2, but with quieter switching and a new white chassis.”
Gilbert recently announced tour dates for Japan:
“I will be bringing the same amazing band that played on my Vibrato album to do three live shows in Japan this coming January 2013. Thomas Lang on drums, Kelly LeMieux on bass, Emi Gilbert on keyboards, Paul Gilbert (me) on guitar. They’ll be lots of playing, lots of singing, and lots of songs from the new Vibrato album and many more surprises.

The concert celebrates 50 years of Marshall Amplification’s musical innovation and the life of the late Jim Marshall, and also featues JOE SATRIANI, ZAKK WYLDE, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, and many more name guitarists.
