2013 has been full of incredible highs and lows. The following sums up the year, in Bane’s own words \m/
“Funny year, this one for me musically.
Started off flying, things going really well. Then the wheels fell off and it looked well bleak for a time, then it went full on tits up, the engine blew up and it looked like it was over.
But then… when everything looked lost, there was a re-jig of members, and with the unbelievable finds of Mr Dave Ward and Mr Liam Johnson on guitars, and the return of the awesome Mr Paul Gore on drums, things started to look a little brighter. Suddenly things were worth hanging on to. Xx
Now, after a lot of hard work and hours upon hours in the rehearsal room, I’m gonna finish the year in style with my brothers in A Thousand Enemies. We have played a couple of crackin’ gigs and have an awesome music video to release in the next couple of days. The writing is back to fluent, top form and the standard of musicianship is outstandingly high.
So glad that me and my bro Andy Goulter kept the faith in each other, I couldn’t have done this without him beside me on that stage. As big as I am, I’d have been lost without him, thank you brother xx
Also a massive thanks to the gaffer for holding things together for us, kicking us up the arse and getting us back on track, onwards and upwards as you always say xx
Next year promises to be a quality year with the release of the album ‘ FINALLY in early January’ and some awesome ‘brand new’ things in the pipeline xx
Thanks to everyone for the massive, continued support. It really does mean the world to me. xxx
Stay metal guys and have an awesome Christmas and new year! xxx
