A teaser for “Torn Apart”, the new video from Swedish metallers AVATAR, can be seen below. The full clip will make its online debut on April 16.
“Torn Apart” comes off the band’s fourth full-length album, “Black Waltz”, which was released on February 14 via eOne Music. The CD was produced by Tobias Lindell (EUROPE, MUSTASCH, HARDCORE SUPERSTAR) and includes songs from a limited-edition EP that was released in Sweden at the end of October 2011. NIGHTWISH recently spent time not only putting finishing touches to their new album, “Imaginarium”, but also planning a movie of the same name. If all goes well, the CD will be released in early 2012, to be followed by the movie at some point further down the line. The first single off the album as well as the trailer for the film should arrive well before the end of 2011.

Swedish sleaze and punk influenced metal band SISTER has just released the following teaser video for the group’s upcoming Metal Blade debut Hated – out June 3/6 in Europe. The teaser offers a sneak preview of the first single Hated off the album of the same name. More videos of SISTER can be viewed HERE and tracks from the band’s previous release can be found HERE.
SISTER, who hails from Stockholm/Jönkoping Sweden, formed in early 2006 working hard to build up a name as a strong act both live and in the studio. SISTER consists of 4 members- Jamie on vocals, Lestat on guitars and backing vocals, Rikki on bass and backing vocals, and Cari on drums and backing vocals- who combine the sounds of Punk, Glam, Rock, and Metal with an end result sounding something like the bastard child of GG Allin and Guns N’ Roses.

Swedish death metallers INSISION have posted a video teaser for their upcoming EP, “End Of All”, due later in the year via the U.S. label Sevared Records. The CD was recorded at Off Beat Studio in Stockholm with engineer Anders Erikssonand features the following track listing:
INSISION said in a statement, “It has been brutal and fun working with this new material and we’re all excited about the release. We felt a need to get it out there while writing our next full-length album, mainly for the fans supporting us down the years as it has been just too fucking long since our last release. But now finally, we’re here. This time it’s going to be a five-track release, giving you four completely new killer tracks, the fifth bonus track being a remake of a song from our early days. It’s just a brutal beating, a package delivering brutal and aggressive death metal, the INSISION way, of course!! This one will break your necks for sure!!”

Norway’s oldest Viking metal band Helheim has released a short teaser for the video “Dualitet og Ulver”, from the upcoming mini-CD “Åsgards Fall”, due for worldwile release on Dark Essence Records on the 1st November.
“Dualitet og Ulver” is a song about Hati and Skoll, the two wolves of Norsk legend who attempt to swallow both the sun and the moon.
