With Saturday headliners still to be announced, one full stage still to be confirmed and over 40 acts already booked, there is no rest for the Wildfire Festival team. Scotland’s top rock and metal weekend and Metal Shock Finland’s Utilifest Project partners, Wildfire Festival, is set to host it’s fifth annual event on Friday 24th until Sunday 26th June in the picturesque 53 acres of Wiston Lodge, near Biggar, South Lanarkshire.
With headline acts including Tim “Ripper” Owens and New York’s Riot, plus Vardis, Forever Never and Sweden’s Gormathon, Wildfire 2016 will be one of this years unmissable events on the Summer Festival circuit.
Trying to make sense of the magnitude of the celebratory event, organisers have now released the first draft of day splits for 2016 as follows:

Festival Director Dave Ritchie, states:
“We hope to announce final running order, stage times and Saturday’s headline act early in February. We also hope to have our third stage confirmed, with details of all the acts playing, in the very near future too. It is a very busy period for us now.”
