Finnish metal superstars CHILDREN OF BODOM have released a brand new single ‘I Hurt’. The single is taken from the band’s ninth studio album “I Worship Chaos” out on October 2nd via Nuclear Blast Records. Check out the lyric video below:

Metal icons SOULFLY have announced that former HAVOK member Mike Leon has joined as the band’s brand new bass player.
“SOULFLY fans get ready,” states guitarist/vocalist Max Cavalera. “I’m really excited to announce that Mike Leon is going to be playing bass on our upcoming North American tour. I’m a big fan of Mike’s work and having him in SOULFLY is going to bring some of the killer thrash metal vibe to the band! He’s a great guy and I can’t wait to be on stage tearing it up with Mike. See you in the pit!”

“It is an indescribable feeling to be joining up to shred with SOULFLY! Celtic metallers PRIMORDIAL will headline the Terrorizer Stage at this year’s Damnation Festival.
The Irish quintet will be joined by UK thrashers SAVAGE MESSIAH, French industrial sludge trio C.R.O.W.N, and English violin-led post rock outfit TALONS at Leeds University Union on Saturday November 7th.
GHOLD, OHHMS and UNDERSMILE will serve up a feast of doom while progressive metallers TACOMA NARROWS BRIDGE DISASTER complete the 27 band bill.
Primordial’s Nemtheanga said: “We are delighted to return to Damnation Festival this year to headline the Terrorizer stage.
“Our last show there in 2012 was a great one and we look forward to more of the same this time around as we continue to support our Where Greater Men Have Fallen album.
“See you in November for our only remaining UK show for 2015!”
C.R.O.W.N added: “We’re thrilled to play at the mighty Damnation Festival along with Amenra, At The Gates, Mono Altar of Plagues, and many other amazing bands.

BOLT THROWER drummer Martin ‘Kiddie’ Kearns has died suddenly at the age of 38.
The Coventry death metal outfit’s sticksman passed away peacefully in his sleep after taking unwell at rehearsal, reported metalhammer.teamrock.com.
In a statement, Bolt Thrower say: “With the heaviest of hearts, and still numb from shock, we have to share the very sad news that on Monday, Bolt Thrower lost our powerhouse drummer, Martin ‘Kiddie’ Kearns.
“After the first rehearsal for our upcoming tour of Australia, Kiddie suddenly felt unwell which continued throughout the night, and the next day he passed away peacefully in his sleep.
“He was a fantastic dad, husband, son, friend, but to us he was always Kiddie, the same 17-year-old Coventry kid whose drumming style and personality blew us away when he first walked into our rehearsal room more than 20 years ago.
“Kiddie enriched our lives and the Bolt Thrower sound. He leaves a massive hole in the lives of everyone who knew him and will be very sorely missed by many.”
Bolt Thrower headlined last year’s Damnation Festival in Leeds. Damnation promoter Gavin McInally tells TeamRock: “That is really devastating news.
“Martin was a genuinely lovely guy and the band are the most down-to-earth headliners we’ve ever had. They have such a DIY ethic and were never interested in the money or contracts.
“I’d been trying to book them for 10 years and when they finally agreed in 2014, they sold the festival out. They were responsible for selling 4000 tickets on their own. Their attitude was so refreshing. If all groups were as easy to deal with as them, it would make running a festival a much less stressful job.
“I’m really saddened for the band and of course I pass on our deepest sympathies to them and to Martin’s family.”
According to Black Conjuration Fest, Bolt Thrower‘s Australian tour has been cancelled and fans who bought tickets will be refunded.
Polish death metal is regarded to be one of the best within the scene, and one of the flagships are without a doubt VADER. The band was formed all the way back in 1983, when the first death metal bands saw the light of day. However it was not until 1992 when the band released the highly acclaimed debut album “The Ultimate Incantation” their death metal became world known! Since then the band has released 11 albums – and with the strong “Tibi et Igni” release last year – it is time to welcome VADER back to Inferno Metal Festival.
