Steeped in the magic and mystery of an artist’s life navigating the machinery of Hollywood, vintage-futurism storyteller Kelly Deco continues his journey through space and time with imaginative tales inspired by the figures we sometimes see in the sky and know in our hearts.
His album Constellation was produced by legendary Grammy Award-winning producer Val Garay (Linda Ronstadt, James Taylor, Kim Carnes) and featured one of the final original artworks created by renowned artist Ioannis (Deep Purple, Alan Parsons Project, Styx). The album’s exploration of time’s endless progression—from past to present to future—continues with Venus, a collection of songs that serves as both a reflection and a warning, highlighting how history, human behavior, and political climates often repeat themselves.
As a rare six-planet parade once again graces the skies, the stars have aligned to bring together Kelly Deco and Emmy Award-winning artist Wayne White for the video “Know Reality.” White, the acclaimed American painter, puppeteer, animator, cartoonist, and illustrator, is celebrated for his distinctive visual style and groundbreaking work directing and creating memorable music videos and television projects.
The collaboration perfectly complements Kelly Deco’s unique artistic vision, blending cosmic storytelling with striking visual imagery.
An archive of Kelly Deco’s lifelong songwriting adventures, the music of Venus speaks directly to the world around us. Each song offers its own artistic interpretation of reality while exploring themes of life, love, galactic exploration, and the social and political landscape of our time. Together, these songs continue the vintage-futurism narrative that has become a hallmark of Kelly Deco’s work.
Belgian Thrash and Heavy Metal unit EVIL INVADERS strike with their huge new standalone single “Dreamstate (Single Version)”, out now alongside a cinematic official music video! The anticipatory intro of the song builds into a relentless storm of sounds, defined by the heavy-hitting drums, roaring guitars, and multi-faceted vocals. Drawing lyrically from the rat race and sensory overload that defines modern society, EVIL INVADERS unleashes a true heavy metal banger with their first music release since the 2022 album Shattering Reflection, reinforcing their standing as a rising force in the international scene.
Having toured with Dirkschneider and Sepultura earlier this year, EVIL INVADERS has proved that they are ready for the big stages, and recently announced more exciting tours for 2027. The band will be co-headlining continental Europe with HEATHEN and Exhorder, bringing WARFIELD along as a special guest, and co-headlining with HEATHEN only in the UK. Immerse yourself into the thrilling music video for the new single below and stay tuned for more new music coming soon!
Vocalist Joe on the new single and video: “‘Dreamstate’ is about overwhelming stress and how our mind deals with it. In a world where there’s no time for rest or any peace of mind, we lay awake at night and rejoin the rat race by day. Our body gets ignored when it tells us to slow down, we push through while we’re multi-tasking our way through life. Suddenly, we realize we’re not really awake or living in “the now” anymore… Can you escape the Dreamstate?
The whole video concept was made by our friend Jens De Vos from Panda Productions. He wanted to make a video clip that was not mainly based on quick editing and fast camera movements. Instead he chose a more cinematic way of filming. It resulted in a video that feels like you’re watching a movie moreso than a music video. Something completely different. We also want to make clear that there was no AI used for the special effects in the video. Everything is real work done by human beings.”

French progressive rock powerhouse Lalu are thrilled to unveil an instrumental version of the track “EKO”, featuring Asia’s drummer Virgil Donati, originally appearing on their latest album, “A Mythmaker’s Demise”, out now via Frontiers Music Srl.
Vivien Lalu commented: “EKO was always the “machine’s song”. Martin wrote those lyrics as a robot, so taking the vocals away didn’t feel like removing something, it felt like letting that voice speak in its own language. Virgil Donati came in with his own vocabulary on this one, a phrasing and a sense of construction that belong only to him, and it gives the track a completely different reading.”
“That led Joop in a new direction when it came to the guitars and bass. Jens Johansson also plays one of my favourite solos on the record”, he added. “There is a nice irony in it: the song about a machine waking up to a new life, is the one carried entirely by human hands, unedited, with no drum samples. Exactly what this album is about.”
Joop Wolters said: “Love the halftime feel of this track… Gives it a soothing character. This instrumental version proves that the bone structure of the track is strong enough to make two convincing versions. Wonderful interpretations by the involved cast on this one!”

“EKO (Instrumental Version)” is a new instrumental interpretation of a track originally featured on the acclaimed album “A Mythmaker’s Demise”, released in July.
Stripping away the vocals places the composition itself firmly in the spotlight, revealing the intricate interplay, dynamics and musicianship at the heart of the track. Built around the creative partnership of Vivien Lalu and longtime collaborator Joop Wolters on guitars and bass, “EKO (Instrumental Version)” offers a fresh perspective on one of the pieces from an album created to celebrate 20 years of Lalu.
Adding another dimension to the track is the unmistakable drumming of Virgil Donati, whose extraordinary technical command and musicality bring both power and intricacy to “EKO”. With the vocals removed, the instrumental version gives the arrangement even more room to breathe, allowing the rhythmic detail and interaction between Donati, Lalu and Wolters to come fully to the fore.
As with “A Mythmaker’s Demise”, the emphasis is firmly on organic performance. Vivien Lalu and Joop Wolters approached the music from the ground up, favouring dynamic arrangements and natural performances over heavy production or studio perfectionism.
“We wanted this record to feel alive. No drum samples, next to no EQ, just real performances captured in their natural state”, explained Vivien Lalu.
Joop Wolters added: “There has always been undeniable musical synergy between Viv and myself. This album came together very naturally.”
The original “EKO” appears on “A Mythmaker’s Demise”, the milestone album marking the 20th anniversary of Vivien Lalu’s progressive rock project. Beginning with “Oniric Metal” in 2005, Lalu’s story has developed through two decades of collaboration, experimentation and progressive musicianship.
With “EKO (Instrumental Version)”, Lalu invites listeners back inside that world from a different angle – putting the composition, performance and instrumental conversation centre stage.
Line Up: Joop Wolters – Guitars, bass Virgil Donati – Drums Vivien Lalu – Keyboards Jens Johansson – Guest keyboard solo
CLAUSTROFOBIA one of the most respected independent forces in Brazilian metal, is among the acts confirmed for Bangers Open Air 2027, marking the band’s highly anticipated return to the Brazilian stage after seven years.
With more than three decades of history, seven studio albums, an appearance at Rock in Rio 2019, and an international career forged on the road, CLAUSTROFOBIA will bring to the festival all the experience and intensity built throughout its years of activity in Brazil, Europe, and the United States.
Founded in 1994 by brothers Marcus and Caio D’Angelo, CLAUSTROFOBIA has always made independence, live power, and a distinct identity its defining traits. Blending the explosive force of thrash metal, death metal, and hardcore, the band has built a career around albums such as Claustrofobia (2000), Thrasher (2002), Fulminant (2005), I See Red (2009), Peste (2011), Download Hatred (2016), and Unleeched (2022). Hundreds of shows and tours helped the band establish itself in Brazil’s underground scene before expanding into the international metal circuit.
One of the defining chapters in that journey came in 2019, when Claustrofobia took the stage at Rock in Rio and, around the same time, was selected to open Slayer’s final São Paulo show following a fan-driven campaign.
In January 2020, the band played its final Brazilian shows before shifting its focus to the United States. Based in Las Vegas, CLAUSTROFOBIA entered a new chapter, expanding its presence across the North American metal circuit through tours, releases, and performances alongside major names from the scene.
That international momentum grew even stronger with the release of Unleeched, the band’s seventh studio album. Recorded in the United States, the record features a guest appearance by Marc Rizzo, formerly of Soulfly and Cavalera Conspiracy – Listen to ‘Unleeched’ HERE!
In the years that followed, Claustrofobia stepped up its touring schedule, hitting the road with Exciter, Exmortus, Generation Kill, Hatriot, and Crypta. In 2024, the band reached another major milestone by joining the North American leg of Sepultura’s farewell tour alongside Obituary and Agnostic Front.
In 2027, CLAUSTROFOBIA will finally reconnect with its Brazilian audience. With a new lineup, an established international career, and work underway on its highly anticipated eighth studio album, the band returns home for Bangers Open Air 2027—a performance set to bring together its past, present, and future in one crushing display of weight, intensity, and attitude.

Modern metalcore outfit HUMANKIND has announced their upcoming studio album, Perfect World, set for release on December 4, 2026 via ROAR – A Division Of Reigning Phoenix Music. Alongside the album announcement, the band unleashes their latest single “Drain Me”, offering a powerful new glimpse into their next chapter.
A dark, high-impact modern metalcore track combining crushing breakdowns, melodic hooks and an emotionally charged theme of being consumed by someone who takes everything and gives nothing back. “Drain Me” turns emotional exhaustion and loss of identity into an intense, immediate and highly relatable release.
HumanKind comment on “Drain Me”:
“With Drain Me, we shift the focus from mental illness itself towards the psychological impact of modern digital culture. The song explores how social media has transformed people into content, where emotions, struggles and even identities are consumed within seconds before attention moves on to the next distraction.
The lyrics describe someone slowly losing themselves while constantly performing for an invisible audience. Validation becomes addictive, authenticity fades and eventually nothing remains except emotional exhaustion. The relentless pace of the music mirrors the endless cycle of scrolling, posting and searching for approval. Ultimately, Drain Me asks a simple question: are we still controlling technology, or has technology quietly started controlling us?”
Following previously-released singles such as “Desire To Die”, “Humans”, “The Darkness I Own”, the stirring Billie Eilish cover version of “lovely” featuring Enemy Inside vocalist Nastassja and now “Drain Me” setting the tone, HumanKind are preparing to unleash their much-awaited, second studio album.
With Perfect World, HumanKind take a decisive step forward and deliver their most emotional, ambitious and, at the same time, heaviest work to date. Where their previous record, An End, Once and for All, focused primarily on surviving inner darkness, Perfect World asks a much bigger question: What does it mean to remain human in a world that seems to lose its humanity every day?
While remaining firmly rooted in modern metal, the band combines metalcore with cinematic atmospheres, crushing breakdowns, melodic choruses and emotionally driven songwriting. Every song stands on its own while contributing to one cohesive story that encourages listeners not only to confront diffiicult emotions, but also to realise that they are never truly alone in facing them. Darkness and hope exist side by side throughout the record, reflecting HumanKind’s core message that even at our lowest points, we don’t have to face our battles alone. Music connects us. More uncompromising in its heaviness and more vulnerable in its emotions, Perfect World captures HumanKind at their most intense and authentic yet.
Behind its title, Perfect World is anything but an escape into perfection.
“Throughout the album we explore depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, social isolation, digital exhaustion, environmental collapse and the growing disconnect between people”, the band comments. “Despite addressing these heavy topics, Perfect World is not an album about hopelessness. It is about resilience. It is about choosing compassion over indifference and finding purpose even when the world around us appears to be falling apart.”
The album follows an emotional progression. It begins deep within the mind, confronting personal battles and internal demons. As the songs unfold, the perspective widens towards society as a whole, questioning our relationship with technology, with each other and with the planet itself. Ultimately, the title track Perfect World brings every idea together, reflecting on everything humanity had, everything it lost and everything that may still be worth saving.
Once again the band joined forces with Christoph Wieczorek (Annisokay, Sawdust Recordings), who handled production, mixing and mastering.
The crowd yelled, “Play faster!” They did! METHANE is ready to unleash their explosive new album, “Demolate”, on October 2nd through Fireflash Records.
Today, the Swedish Thrash Metal force reveals their new single “Research Chemicals”.
“The track is a super soldier story with a dark sense of humor and a taste of twisted irony. The government pumps him full of chemicals and he loves it. I grew up around Vietnam vets, my father, my stepfather, their friends. They came home broken from a crazy war, experimented on with drugs, left with PTSD. I got to experience all of their insanity“, comments vocalist Tim Scott.
Born in 2012, METHANE quickly combusted, reverting to the pure, unadulterated thrash metal roots of its founders, Tim Scott (formerly of Death Metal cult act REVENANT, with John McEntee of INCANTATION) and Jimi Mästerbo. A relentless touring machine, METHANE has left a trail of destruction across countless stages in Europe and the U.S. through headline runs, support slots with bands like WHIPLASH, WARBRINGER, NERVOSA, MASSACRE, and festival appearances such as „Sabaton Open Air“, „Speed Metal Party“, „In Flammen“ and others.
Their sound is a blistering, high-speed assault designed for the pit.
Colliding NYHC punk with a blistering Bay Area thrash assault, METHANE delivers a relentless barrage of razor-sharp riffs, thunderous drumming, and commanding vocals that demand your attention. As a fierce contender in the New Wave of Old-School Thrash Metal scene, “Demolate” promises a chaotic journey through apocalyptic themes and raw, beer-fueled madness.
This isn’t just an album; it’s a declaration of war on the mundane. Get ready for a wild ride where intensity reigns and the spirit of thrash explodes in a furious sonic onslaught.
“Demolate” will be released on CD and a limited, colored vinyl, as well as on various Merch bundles in the label Bandcamp shop and Bandshop. Each Bandcamp order comes along with a free, signed poster on top!
