SURGICAL STRIKE release the new single “24/7 Hate”, the title track from the upcoming studio album  wich will be released on March 1st 2024 on Metalville Records.

The song was inspired by the classic film “Falling Down” starring Michael Douglas. “24/7 Hate” tells the story of a protagonist who, in the end, can no longer control his aggression and finds himself fighting against himself 24/7.

LIONHEART Release New Single + Video ‘Little Ships’

LIONHEART release “Little Ships”, the third and final single taken from the album “The Grace Of A Dragonfly” (Out 23 Feb 2024 / Metalville Records).

“Little Ships”, with its upbeat verses and memorable chorus hooks, tells the story of “Operation Dynamo” when, between 26th May and 4th June 1940, hundreds of thousands of allied soldiers were evacuated from Dunkirk with the aid of hundreds of “little ships” ranging from merchant fishing boats to yachts. The song’s anthemic choruses embody the miraculous success of the operation.

As soon as the previous album “The Reality Of Miracles” hit the shelves in 2020 Lionheart knuckled down to record the next one. deciding early on that this time they would produce a concept album. The record centres around WW2, but the band very much wanted to make this an anti-war album, while at the same time remembering those who fought for our freedom.

The songs on the album are sensational, with Lee Small’s emotional lyrics reflecting not only the pain and grief inflicted by war on ordinary, innocent people in every conflict zone, but also their strength, resilience and determination. Supported by Lionheart’s superb songwriting, soaring backing vocals, beautiful twin guitar harmonies, and atmospheric keyboards, Lionheart’s sheer power shines brightly from every one of the eleven songs, culminating in a heartfelt prayer for peace in the world.

Each new Lionheart album has brought with it a leap in the quality of the songwriting and production and this album is no exception. “The Grace Of A Dragonfly” is nothing short of epic and is by far Lionheart’s finest work to date.

Rick Monroe & The Hitmen released their new single “Worth the Hurt” today, February 9th via TLG/Virgin Music Group. Co-written by Monroe, Jared Weeks and Scott Wilson of Saving Abel, and multi-Grammy and multi-Dove award-winning producer and composer, Skidd Mills (Skillet, Third Day, Saliva, Katie Arminger), “Worth The Hurt” is an antithetical Valentine’s Day song that highlights the addictive qualities and unhealthy co-dependence of a love gone wrong. WILDSTREET Release New Single + Official Music Video ‘Sick To Death’

Following the success of III (2021), New York City hard rock group Wildstreet has released their new single “Sick To Death” along with the music video to all major platforms. The single was written with Once Around guitarist/producer Wrath Starz and features drummer Dave Abbruzzese (Pearl Jam), and Sebastian James Hadtrath (Once Around) on vocals.

Wildstreet began in 2006 and released their self-titled debut album on Retrospect Records in 2009. The band spent the next 4 years touring nonstop and performing at US festivals including: Rocklahoma (5 consecutive years), SXSW & M3 Rock Festival. Wildstreet rocked alongside Black Veil Brides, Vains of Jenna, The Bouncing Souls, The Last Vegas, Twisted Sister, Michael Monroe, Crashdiet, Diemonds, Kix, LA Guns and more. The band won the Best Buy/Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands for Rockstar Energy’s Uproar Festival, and opened for Avenged Sevenfold, Sevendust and Three Days Grace in Camden, NJ.

They rocked for the 2nd time at Rockfest in Cadott, Wisconsin and at Rocklahoma for the 7th time. They toured throughout the USA all year and did their first tour in Mexico!

Wildstreet have toured 16 countries since 2020 while working on their latest EP. The EP features a number of guests including Dave Abruzzese (Pearl Jam), Erik Eldenius (Billy Idol), Steeve Estatof (The Voice France) and more. MARCHELLO to Reissue “Destiny” Album for 25th Anniversary, Including Bonus Tracks

The classic “Destiny” debut by MARCHELLO from New York, USA will be finally reissued on CD including lots of bonus tracks!

A brilliant mixture of AOR, Hard Rock and guitar shredding Melodic Metal featuring the virtuoso guitarist and singer Gene Marchello (also formerly of the legendary Good Rats).

Released for the first time back in 1989 only in the USA and Japan this masterpiece was screaming for a CD reissue. Highly demanded by fans and collectors worldwide not just because of its out-of-print status but because it is one of the top melodic Hard Rock / Metal albums from USA.

The edition features completely remastered audio plus bonus tracks from the “Marchello Happy Camper Summer Sampler” promo disc that was sent to media back at the time of the original release. Updated artwork by Kostas Athanasoglou plus lyrics and photos to complete the package.

Arkeyn Steel Records will also release “Power Of Money”, the second full length by Marchello remastered with surprise bonus tracks, so stay tuned!

The whole Marchello reissue project was supervised by Giles Lavery, the current singer of the mighty WARLORD, Giles has also written the liner notes included in the reissue.
The audition for Ozzy, the co-operation with Gene’s father Peppi Marchello who had composed nearly all the songs on the album plus many more never heard before stories, are revealed in the booklet liner notes for the very first time.

“Destiny” is much more than an album. It is the shining star of an extremely talented musician who chased his dream. Marchello was a phenomenal band, at least that is what is said by everyone that has witnessed their shows back in New York’s rock ‘n’ roll days of the late 80s. This reissue gives everyone the chance to discover or rediscover their brilliant music!

Dark electronic quartet TVINNA from Germany are releasing their powerful single “Fortress”. The track is taken from their new upcoming album ‘Two – Wings of Ember’ which will be released via By Norse soon: 23rd of February 2024.

Knowing TVINNA and the importance of their strong lyrics  and its symbolism, “Fortress” too is a song that resonates with one’s inner strength.

Vocalist Laura explains: “”Fortress“ is our ode to the female creation, trying to capture the vast forces of nature into tender words, which are showing the maternal creator both caressing and powerful. The words of the chorus are dated in 814 and slightly changed so it’s no longer a prayer to god, but the mother god-like speaking to have built the skies and earth, vowing her protection.”
