SERAINA TELLI’s Album “Green” Conquers the Charts in Germany + Switzerland

SERAINA TELLI storms to #1 in the Swiss album charts with her new studio album ‘Green’, once again reaching pole position in her home country after her 2023 album ‘Addicted To Color’. With a ranking of #88, the artist also celebrates her first chart entry in Germany.

With her new album “Green”, Swiss artist SERAINA TELLI unveils a bold musical evolution – personal, clear, and conceptually ambitious. The title is no coincidence: “Music appears in colors to me – and Green is the first color in a larger project,” she explains. Thematically, the album revolves around responsibility – to others, the environment, and oneself.

Musically, “Green” explores new territory, featuring more electronic elements and a deliberate move away from traditional rock arrangements. Telli’s songwriting takes center stage, supported by producer Rico Horber. The result is a collection of diverse, emotionally rich tracks that blend pop, alternative Rock, and balladic depth combined with Telli’s crisp and distinctive sound.

Her lyrics span from social commentary (“Consequences”) to deeply personal reflections (“Gold”) and empowering anthems like “Let It All Out”, which call for self-expression and authenticity. Telli presents herself more vulnerably than ever – showing that true strength often lies in openness.

“Green” marks the beginning of a new creative chapter – a statement for more depth, consciousness, and sincerity in modern music.

Chilean OVERTOUN Sign to Time To Kill Records for Release of Third Album “Death Drive Anthropology”

Posted in: Int. News, News. Tagged: OVERTOUN. Leave a comment

Chile’s OVERTOUN has signed with Time To Kill Records for the release of their third album, “Death Drive Anthropology”. The record is firmly rooted in the ’90s death-thrash tradition but features a modern edge that keeps it agile and current, bridging the gap from Carcass and Atheist to contemporary acts like Revocation. The music also incorporates a compelling Latin influence, adding a unique flavor to the band’s sound.

Further details on the album will be announced soon.

OVERTOUN is a death-thrash metal band based between Santiago, Chile, and Boston, MA, fusing the rich musical heritage of Latin America with the complexity and aggression of technical death metal. Founded by Agustín Lobo and Matías Bahamondes, the band solidified its lineup with Yoav Ruiz-Feingold (Atheist, Graviton) on vocals and Matías Salas on bass.

Their discography includes two full-length albums: “Centuries of Lies” (2018) and “This Darkness Feels Alive” (2021). The latter was mastered by Flemming Rasmussen (Metallica) and won Best Metal Artist at the 2022 Chilean Pulsar Awards (Chilean Grammys), earning strong praise from the specialized media.

OVERTOUN has performed extensively throughout Latin America, with five national tours in Chile, a tour in Brazil, and shows in Argentina, sharing the stage with Death To All, Sinister, Cryptopsy, and Atheist. In 2025, the band completed its first tour of Japan, including performances in Yokohama and Tokyo, with an appearance at the Tokyo Brutal Fest.

Produced by Martín Furia (Destruction, Bark), OVERTOUN’s third album marks a bold new chapter, introducing darker, genre-defining material that aims to amplify Chilean metal’s global presence.

Line-up:

Yoav Ruiz-Feingold – Vocals
Matias Bahamondes – Guitar
Matias Salas – Bass
Agustin Lobo – Drums

Dublin-born, London-based Tayne have released a dark industrial cover of Jefferson Airplane‘s ‘Somebody To Love’, the first new music since the release of their stunning debut album Love via MNRK Heavy. This follows the announcement of their UK & EU tour with Danish alt metal band MØL.

Stream ‘Somebody To Love’ here: https://tayne.lnk.to/SomebodyToLove

The band commented: “We wanted to do something that felt on brand with our album Love. ‘Somebody To Love’ was the obvious choice, it’s iconic and timeless. That song has existed for almost 60 years & it’s still relevant and as good as any pop song can be.”

Love showcases Tayne at their boldest, blending ferocious energy with genre defying exploration. The album includes ‘Fear‘, anthemic enough for stadiums, featuring a blistering guest appearance from Rolo Tomassi’s James Spence; ‘In This Trend‘, an industrial dancefloor monster that could easily tear through the walls of Berghain; and ‘Wasted’, a brutal, mechanical explosion channelling the raw power of Ministry and Fear Factory, while struggling to find peace in the chaos.

“’Wasted’ is all about lust,” explains Matt. “It’s about getting swept up in those intense feelings, confusing them for something more meaningful, and then stripping it all away to expose the mess it leaves behind.”

Love is co-produced by Tayne & longtime collaborator Wayne Adams (Green Lung, Pet Brick), one of a number of collaborations with artists as diverse as Jesu, Cage Fight, Rolo Tomassi, Mastiff, Katie Kim & Poisonous Birds with Tayne supporting the likes of HEALTH, Author & Punisher and The Dillinger Escape Plan’s Greg Puciato.

MYSTIC CIRCLE Celebrate Release of New Studio Album “Hexenbrand 1486” with Lyric Video for ‘Institoris / Zeugnis Der Verachtung’

Last Friday, on October 31st, black metal duo MYSTIC CIRCLE dropped their brand-new album “Hexenbrand 1486” through ROAR – A Division Of Reigning Phoenix Music, a blazing descent into the dark heart of history, witch hunts, and occult terror. To celebrate their new studio offering in style, today, the band reveals a lyric video for the tracks “Institoris (Heinrich Kramer) / Zeugnis Der Verachtung”, serving as the prologue and epilogue to their Heinrich Kramer Trilogy. This brutal double-feature dives deep into the twisted legacy of the infamous inquisitor and the flames of persecution he ignited.

Since the unholy reunion between the two MYSTIC CIRCLE founders A. Blackwar and Beelzebub in 2021, the Germanic black metal wargods are stronger than ever. What began anew in 2022 with the self-titled “Mystic Circle” album and was rewarded with a sensational #78 place in the German album charts, was continued the following year with “Erzdämon” and now completed with “Hexenbrand 1486”.

“Hexenbrand 1486”, produced with Nils Lesser, is largely about the ‘Malleus Maleficarum’, the hammer of witches, which was written in Speyer/Germany in the year 1486. “We are lucky to live near well-known events and dark legends. Our Nibelungen cult “Drachenblut” comes from our region, as does the concept in the second part of the new record about Heinrich “Institoris” Kramer, the author of the Hexenhammer,” A. Blackwar explains.

“Heinrich Kramer embodies everything we hate about the holy institution of the church,” Beelzebub reveals. “He was a vile sadist who acted out his resentment towards women under the cloak of Christian scripture. The Hexenhammer is the work of a madman and should encourage everyone even more to leave the church and follow their own path of faith.”

“Hexenbrand 1486” is out now and available on CD and Vinyl (both featuring a comic!) as well as in Digital formats. Order your favorite choice of format at: https://mysticcircle.rpm.link/hexenbrandPR

Album Track Listing:

  1. Luciferian
  2. The Scarlet Queen Of Harlots
  3. Boogeyman
  4. In The Sign Of The Goat
  5. Ghost Of Whitechapel
  6. Institoris (Heinrich Kramer)
  7. The Bible Of Witch Chase
  8. Blutschande Unzucht Sodomie
  9. Dance On The Wings Of Black Magic
  10. Zeugnis Der Verachtung (Outro)
[Artwork: Rafael Taveres]

MYSTIC CIRCLE sound unmistakable, their trademarks are manifold and their hunger seems almost insatiable. What the duo has created in recent years is unparalleled and continues the legacy that the band created in the nineties with their classics “Drachenblut” (1998) and “Infernal Satanic Verses” (1999). MYSTIC CIRCLE themselves describe their style as melodic extreme metal, their very own mix of old-school death and black metal, traditional heavy metal of the eighties and horror soundtracks.

The horror flair of the 80s already played a major role in the duo’s style on “Mystic Circle” and “Erzdämon”. On “Hexenbrand 1486” they consistently go one step further and add dark synth wave passages in appropriate places, with a comparable flair to legendary horror shockers and soundtracks by Dario Argento, who used synthesizers in his very own way.

In keeping with the theme of witches, three women are represented on “Hexenbrand 1486”: The two singers Sarah Jezebel Deva (ex-CRADLE OF FILTH, THE KOVENANT) and Karo Hafke (UMBRA ET IMAGO, GIANTS CAUSAWAY) as well as Natalie Ostermaier, the author and illustrator of the book “Kramer”, from which the accompanying comic is taken, that is integrated in the CD booklet and comes with the vinyl first edition as a 12-page A5 comic.

“Sarah has once again taken on the classic part. This time it’s different with Karo. She carries the album with her voice and embodies the countless women who were burned and tortured because of sick fantasies back then. She gives the new album a special stamp. Natalie Ostermaier and her book “Kramer” came into play through the concept. She liked the idea of using an excerpt from her book for our album, and so what had to come together came together.”

MYSTIC CIRCLE Album Signing Session:
06.11.2025 Yeah Records – Essen (DE)

MYSTIC CIRCLE is:
Beelzebub – Vocals, Gitarre, Bass, Keyboards
A. Blackwar – Drums, Gitarre, Vocals, Keyboards

CONQUER DIVIDE Unveil New Single And Lyric Video ‘The Ocean Between Us’

“‘The Ocean Between Us’ is about being set on one life path, going through the motions until something or someone stops you in your tracks,” the band says. “It’s about seeing an alternate version of your life and wondering what if. What if you took the leap and started over somewhere far away, with someone new?”

The song expands upon Conquer Divide’s heavy sound, balancing melancholy and euphoria over an expansive ambient rock soundscape. The ending offers no resolution, leaving the listener unclear on whether they should escape the unfamiliar or immerse themselves in it. Knowing that either path would change reality forever, they feel they can do neither, but they must choose one. Listen and watch the video here.

The track follows “Bad Dreams,” featuring Michigan metalcore band Of Virtue, which arrived at the top of the year. Watch the lyric video here.

Conquer Divide is currently at work on their next album, set for release in 2026. They’re already confirmed for ShipRocked (as ‘Stowaways’) and Sonic Temple, with 2026 shaping up to be a busy one.

Since forming a decade ago, Conquer Divide has evolved from their melodic metalcore-inspired roots into a powerhouse hard rock act. In 2020, they returned to the studio with 2x Grammy nominated producer Tyler Smyth (Falling in Reverse, I Prevail) and 4x RIAA certified Gold record producer Joey Sturgis (Asking Alexandria, The Devil Wears Prada, Of Mice & Men) and began recording their most recent album Slow Burn.

To date, the album has notched 52 million worldwide streams to date, while “Paralyzed” was one of the Metal Hammer 2023 tracks of the year. They’ve picked up support from Rock Sound, Distorted Sound, Alternative Press, Revolver, GuitarWorld, SXM Octane, Loudwire, and more. The band has toured with 10 Years, The Warning, New Years Day, Ankor, Electric Callboy, Funeral For a Friend, among others. Conquer Divide have also released collaborative tracks with Electric Callboy, 10 Years, and Of Virtue.

With “The Ocean Between Us,” Conquer Divide proves once again that there’s no ceiling to what they can achieve—and 2026 is set to be their biggest year yet.

CONQUER DIVIDE ARE:
Kiarely Taylor — Vocals
Kristen Sturgis — Guitar

Alternative metal band ODC are thrilled to announce that their new album “Twisted Love” is out now via BLKIIBLK.

The French rockers are also pleased to share the focus track, “The Beauty Of The Beast”, with an official visualizer, available now.

The band commented: “We all have a beast within. The moment you stop fighting it and start owning it – that’s when you become truly free”.

Order “Twisted Love” HERE

With its polished production and fearless genre-blending, “Twisted Love” brings ODC’s bold vision of modern alternative metal to life. The band’s motto, “Forget rules, forget boxes”, perfectly sums up this hybrid and liberated debut.

Commenting on the album, the band stated: “With “Twisted Love”, we wanted to show that metal can be both powerful and elegant – emotional, modern, and unafraid to break the rules. This album is about pushing boundaries by blending genres and influences while staying true to who we are: delivering heavy music that moves both body and soul”.

“Lyrically, “Twisted Love” explores the breaking points of human connection but also carries a message of hope: accepting our shadows to heal and rebuild. It’s for anyone drawn to heavy music that refuses to fit into categories”
, they continued.

“Twisted Love” Tracklist:

1.    My Only Fan (Feat. SUN)
2.    Love, I Tore It Apart
3.    Twisted Love
4.    Follower (Feat. SUN)
5.    The Beauty Of The Beast
6.    My Name Is Gold
7.    I Need To Breathe
8.    If I’d Tried
9.    Raise Your Hands Up
10.    Despechá (Rosalía Cover)

ODC is the soundtrack of a hybrid generation. A sonic uppercut, balancing raw power and elegance.

Born in Paris in 2017, ODC is the result of two worlds coming together: the world of Celia Do, a vocalist with a striking identity, and that of a composer driven by the same fire – the desire to create an alternative metal project that breaks free from conventions: bold, modern, and uncompromising. From this spark, a true sonic and visual odyssey emerged.

ODC – named after Celia’s stage name acronym – became a totally creative space, where heavy riffs, catchy melodies, and contemporary electronic textures collide in a unique blend of raw energy and polished aesthetic. ODC is a bold blend of metal, modern rock and immersive electronic atmospheres.

Inspired by artists such as Devin Townsend, Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park and BMTH, ODC doesn’t fit in any box. The band asserts its own voice — powerful, hybrid, sharp and emotional.
Their songs are modern mantras, telling stories of freedom, downfall, and resilience. Music that hits hard — and hits deep. A constant dialogue between introspection and explosion.

The band is built around four distinct artistic personalities: Celia Do (lead singer, founder and producer, the rock frontwoman of the band), Sonny, a.k.a. MX MNK (a bassist with roots in hardcore and black metal, and a rapper with visceral energy). Then, Raphaël (an 8-string guitarist blending classic rock, hard rock, and atmospheric textures), and Hector (a drummer forged in the death metal scene, delivering explosive rhythmic power).

After a well-received debut EP in 2019 (“Ending The Boredom”), ODC carved their path through a series of powerful singles between 2020 and 2023, asserting their hybrid identity and ability to break genre boundaries. In 2024, the project took a major leap forward: writing their first full-length album, produced in Nashville by Kellen McGregor (Memphis May Fire).

Line Up:
Celia Do – Vocals
MX MNK – Bass
Raphaël – Guitars
Hector – Drums
