Finnish FEAROUT to Release Debut Album on November, First Single + Music Video Revealed

Finnish Helsinki based metallers FEAROUT are set to release their debut album Bleedthrough on November 5th 2021 via Inverse Records. The band released their first single The End of the Beginning along with music video.

“The main riff was composed some 20 years ago, and we tried it with another band but we never got it working. Ten years later it was offered to another band and it didn’t work either. Finally, when I offered this to Justus we got things rolling. So, aging this song some 20 years in oak cask wasn’t that bad idea after all.” Says the guitarist Arg kinnunen

“The End of the Beginning was one of the first Fearout songs that we ever played together. Arg set the standard high right from the get-go. It contains a bit twisted main riff, some stoner grind and pretty melodies. Just what the doctor ordered; Singer Justus Latvala continues.”

The song has stolen its title from Churchill and its theme is basically about the rise and fall and how to cope with it. Or not. Many people wish to be famous or some sort of stars and are absolutely willing to do anything to achieve their goal. After that 15 minutes of fame is gone the only way is down and you still should be able to live with the things you did when you tried to get to the top.

L.A. based garage rock ‘n’ rollers VELVET STARLINGS have been busy over the last few months releasing 2 singles, both with accompanying videos ‘Back Of The Train’ and ‘Technicolor Shakedown’. Now, they are readying themselves for single number 3 – ‘She Said (She Said)’. This single is out now on Golden Robot Records.

VELVET STARLINGS invite you to “Les Beach Party” with their rambunctious and raucous garage rock anthem, ‘She Said (She Said)’.  It’s the third and latest track from their debut album Technicolour Shakedown. This song is rooted in the 60’s, with a signature Doors style organ riff, then quickly taking a left turn into a frenzied “beach fuzz” garage punk territory. It tells a youthful tale of instant attraction, coupled with the excitement, energy and adrenaline of “cutting a rug” on the sweaty dance floor of a California house party, ‘till the morning sun rises over the crystal blue water.

Velvet Starlings is a 60s infused garage rock ‘n’ roll band hailing from Los Angeles and the beach cities of Southern California. They are becoming a staple in the blossoming neo psychedelic garage rock scene on the West Coast, with several tours under their belt, internationally and across the country.

Powerful Brazilian Neo Thrash Metal band VALVERA have released a special video on their official YouTube channel, commemorating the first year release of the band’s latest album, highly acclaimed and voted one of the best albums of the year by fans and specialized media, “Cycle of Disaster”.

Due to all the positive reviews from around the world, Glauber Barreto (vocals/guitar), Rodrigo Torres (guitar), Gabriel Prado (bass) and Leandro Peixoto (drums) got a huge worldwide exposure that, through a lot of work and even with the lack of concerts due to the #covid19 pandemic, allowed the band to participate in several online festivals, many interviews, lives, performances of their songs on radio and web radios in more than 50 countries and even participation in TV programs, such as the program Revista de Sabado (TV TEM), a subsidiary of giant Rede Globo, which covers 50% of the territory of the State of Sao Paulo, reaching 318 municipalities and with the potential to impact up to 8.6 million viewers! It’s success that talks, isn’t it?

Recorded at Dual Noise Studio, in Sao Paulo, “Cycle Of Disaster” was produced by the band together with producer Rogerio Wecko, also responsible for mastering, mixing and sound engineering, with cover art by renowned designer Marcelo Vasco (Slayer, Machine Head, Kreator) and was released in August 2020 via Brutal Records (USA and Canada), Plastic Head (Europe) and Voice Music (Brazil).

“This album is full of concepts, approaching various tragedies, disasters and catastrophes that are part of Brazilian history in a way never seen before. We brought up deep themes that, despite the historical and local content, are still modern and up-to-date”, explained Glauber Barreto. “Besides the lyrical part, this work is more evolved, heavy and modern than the previous albums, so, without any fear, we decided to take a risk, exploring even more aspects of metal and working with different tunings on guitars and bass. We are stepping into new territories, but we have not lost our identity” added Rodrigo Torres.

The latest music video for “The Damn Colony”, a track from “Cycle Of Disaster” and based on the horrendous history of the Colonia de Barbacena Hospital (MG), known as the “Brazilian Holocaust”, reached the incredible mark of almost 30,000 views in four months!

VELVET INSANE follow up their album success “Rock ‘n’ Roll Glitter Suit” with a lyric video for the track “Space Age DJ”.

”This video is a tribute to all the music that We love and everything we are. It’s a magnificent piece of art made by our good freind Martin Sweet from Crashdiet.”

Velvet Insane were formed in 2013 as a four-piece outfit but by the time of their self-titled debut album they were billed as a duo.

The first album took them around the world touring Europe, Japan, USA & Australia.

Their critically acclaimed debut was a fresh mix between classic rock, pop, inches of folk influences and it also contained traces of early 70’s British glam rock. And the band kept walking that glam track and now they’re back as a trio and this time it’s glam glitter boogie all over.

They hired the cult glam rockers Diamond Dogs frontman Sulo as a producer and together they’ve created a bright shining monster.

The 11 track long “Rock ’n’ Roll Glitter Suit” album sounds, breathes, and swaggers like it was made in London 1973.

Smooth pop harmonies pumped up by heavy drums and barbed wire guitars and singer that wear it well. It brings back memories of a time when Slade, TREX, Bowie & Roxy Music we’re topping the charts.

From the catchy singalong choruses of the pop gems “Velvet Tongue”, “Riding the Skyways” & “Sound of Sirens” to the frantic boogie energy in barroom stompers “Driving Down the Mountain”, “Backstreet Liberace” & “Space Age DJ”, it’s the real thing.

You also get a glimpse of Ziggy Stardust in the acoustic ballad “Midnight Sunshine Serenade”.

In support of their upcoming album, Detroit rockers THE LUCID FURS have shared a brand new song alongside a video clip! The band’s third full length, Damn! That Was Easy, will be out on October 29, 2021 via Argonauta Records.

Since their debut in 2017 and the highly acclaimed, latest album No God? No Problem, released in 2019, THE LUCID FURS have performed over 100 out of state shows, invading music venues with their heavy blues rock concoctions. The band‘s live performances build up with a big, head bang energy, winds down to sultry blues, then blasts back into hard rock with a dash of funk you can’t help but dance to.
