Swedish power metallers VANDOR have released a video for the song ‘Enter Twilight’ – the first single taken from their new album ‘On a Moonlit Night’ (out on July 16th via Scarlet Records).
This is how the band commented: “For us ‘Enter Twilight’ is about returning to your true home, but we have of course left some room for interpretation. We wrote ‘Enter Twilight’ the night before we filmed the ‘Well of Salvation’ video: we feel that it captures a more spontaneous side of our sound without sounding less epic”
‘On a Moonlit Night’ was written, produced and recorded at the Vandor HQ outside Gothenburg by Alve Bjerde, Vide Bjerde & Jack L. Stroem. The album was mixed by Jason Carter at Wavelength Studio and mastered by Tom Nunes at Atomic Mastering (both located in Salem, Oregon).
The album artwork was made by super talent Nele Diel and it captures an unknown world waiting to be explored, with different tales to be told from the land of Vandor.

The coolest nights, you know, happen by chance. For THE HORNETS and the release of their first album, it was more or less like that. A band formed for fun, for leisure, to get out of the usual work routine, to give voice to some love failures, or to flip off a bad day, or simply to escape from other musical projects. Norwegian Black ‘n Roll brigade VREID are now launching their movie ‘Wild North West’ on Vimeo.
‘Wild North West’ is a concept album that developed alongside an entire movie. Taking their art to a new level, VREID wrote, filmed and recorded this historical fiction narrative with videographer Håvard Nesbø. ‘Wild North West’ takes you on a journey deep into the mountains, to a dark place where the borders between reality and fantasy fade and where death is only one step behind you.
