INTERLOPER Release Animated Music Video For Second Single “Search Party”

Progressive heavy metal vehicle, INTERLOPER has returned to present their debut, full-length album “Search Party” which will be released on June 11th via Nuclear Blast Records. Today, the band releases the music video for the second single, ‘Search Party’. Watch the animated music video created by Tony Simone of Zen Beast Media, here:

The deep cohesiveness of INTERLOPER’s writing process for “Search Party” allowed for a creative project with no real boundaries or restrictions. The album was produced by the band and Joey Virrueta. Drums were recorded at Big Bad Sound LA by Jack Ruley and Zach Fisher, with the mixing and mastering completed once more by Andrew’s brother Joey Virrueta. The album artwork was created by Caelan Stokkermans.

Miles Dimitri Baker comments, “I am thrilled to have the title track for our record out! I feel it’s an amazing song to follow up the first single off this record. I think it does a great job of showing some of the diversity song to song that you can expect to hear on this record. ‘Search Party’ is one of my favorites on the record. I feel that the structure, melodies, and progressions in this tune were so beautifully done. I hope you all enjoy the title track off of our record Search Party as much as we do!”

Aaron Stechauner states, “This is my favorite INTERLOPER song, and really my favorite song I’ve ever been involved with. I actually think it’s the best one on the album, alongside its sister song ‘Cheshire’.
When I listen to this song it doesn’t even feel like I’m listening to my own band… it feels like I’m listening to a song that one of my favorite bands wrote. One of those legend bands like OPETH or GOJIRA or MESHUGGAH. Not from a sound sense, more so from an emotional place. It’s kind of surreal to call it my own.
That probably sounds a little dramatic or maybe even a bit pretentious, but it is a genuine feeling. I’m pretty anxious to see what people think about it because I probably care about people loving it as much as I do more than any other song.”

Andrew Virrueta comments, “This song is one of my favorites off of the record. In my opinion, it’s one of the tightest songs compositionally and this song, I think, sets the stage for the rest of the songs following its completion. ‘Search Party’ definitely sets a benchmark for me to meet throughout the rest of the album’s writing process. I hope you all fall in love with this song like we did!”

ALLUVIAL Debut Ripping New Single ’40 Stories’

Progressive, technical death metal collective ALLUVIAL will release their highly anticipated sophomore album, “Sarcoma”, in a little more than a month on May 28th with Nuclear Blast. Today, they’ve unveiled the latest track, ’40 Stories’, from the record. Watch the music video now!

Guitarist Wes Hauch comments on the single: “I’m really all chips in for every song on ‘Sarcoma,’ but ’40 Stories’ is one that we’re especially proud of. It was originally going to be an instrumental. The lyrics are loosely based on a suicide story, and it’s one of a handful of songs on the record where I sing. I think we are always going to have a strong footing in the sound that’s been established with ‘Ulysses’ and ‘Thy Underling,’ but ’40 Stories’ kinda poured out of us.”

’40 Stories’ Visualizer:

PRE-ORDER “SARCOMA” HERE: http://www.nuclearblast.com/alluvial-sarcoma

What began as an instrumental collaboration has grown into a full-frontal aural assault with a lineup consisting of vocalist Kevin Muller (ex-SUFFOCATION, THE MERCILESS CONCEPT), guitarist Wes Hauch (ex-THE FACELESS, BLACK CROWN INITIATE), bassist Tim Walker (ENTHEOS) and drummer Matt Paulazzo (AEGAEON). On their follow up to 2017’s lauded record “The Deep Longing for Annihilation,” ALLUVIAL plunge into a whirlwind of neck-snapping polyrhythmic riffs, a barrage of double bass and a dynamic avalanche of screams.

ALLUVIAL’s second full-length album, “Sarcoma,” examines people’s connection with pain and the hardships that bind us.

TO THE GRAVE Tackle Animal Cruelty In ‘Hear Evil, See Evil’ Lyric Video

Sydney, AUS deathcore quintet TO THE GRAVE have released a lyric video for ‘Hear Evil, See Evil’, taken from their new album, Epilogue, out now via Unique Leader Records.

Vocalist Dane Evans comments: “Hear Evil, See Evil (The Haunting Of 2624 Dog Trap Rd). Highlighting a particular case in Australia, this song is a reflection on the Australian justice system and its backwards leniency towards animal abusers. As Australians we like to think that what is commonly seen in slaughterhouse footage does not happen here and that we are at the forefront of “humane” practices. Whilst whistleblowers and activists are subject to harsher penalties than the perpetrators, media scrutiny aids to help sway public opinion and our governing body for animal welfare being near useless – this story paints a perfect picture of how Australia treats our animals.”

Stream / purchase Epilogue here: https://orcd.co/epilogue

To The Grave are taking over Unique Leader Records‘ Twitch, YouTube and Facebook at 9pm BST / 4pm EDT, where they will be streaming Epilogue in full.

To The Grave‘s objective has always been to create sonically and thematically heavy music, charged with a grim, confronting message. Featuring their entire self-released debut album Global Warning, plus seven new songs, Epilogue is a huge 19 tracks of intense brutality.

After releasing the No Lives Matter extended play and touring Australia relentlessly with the likes of Alpha Wolf, Justice For The Damned and Gravemind, To The Grave put themselves firmly on the global metal map in 2019 with Global Warning. Closing 2019 as main support for Vulvodynia on their Australian run and opening a show for Cattle Decapitation elevated them further, earning them sold out headline shows in Melbourne and Sydney.

Track-listing:

01 Holocaustralia : Global Warning
02 Ecocide
03 Pest Control
04 Hell Hole
05 Slaughter Forever
06 Gristle Blower

NIGHT CROWNED Unleash ‘Hädanfärd’ Album Details And Haunting Music Video

Blackened death metal force NIGHT CROWNED announced the release of their highly anticipated sophomore studio album. “Hädanfärd” will be coming out on digipak CD, vinyl, digital and in limited vinyl / cd merch bundles on July 9th via Noble Demon.

Hailed by critics and fans alike as one of the best releases of the year, Night Crowned took the heavy scene by storm with their debut studio album, “Impius Viam” (2020, Noble Demon). Consisting of former and current members of legendary acts such as Dark Funeral, Nightrage and Cipher System and with a musical vision as clear as it is haunting and disturbing, the band created with their latest album an imposing work full of rage, melancholy and pure destruction, offering a true reawakening of the sounds dormant from the most influential acts and masterpieces of the Scandinavian ‘90s.

Without showing any signs of slowing down, and even while the current release was being carried across the globe, the band started working on their highly anticipated follow-up record, titled “Hädanfärd”, set for release on July 9th 2021, via German label Noble Demon. Thematically inspired by a story by singer K. Romlin, which deals with encounters with death, a far-reaching concept for the soon-to-be-released record was developed during the band’s intense demo process. Carried with depth through 9 atmospheric tracks and supported in a vivid way by individual, written down interpretations and explanations of K. Romlin, “Hädanfärd” is an infernal, bleak monolith of an album, one that will most likely see Night Crowned step out as one of Sweden’s best kept blackened death metal secrets.

“What we made is not just an album, it is a story. A story that has no beginning, nor end. A story that is as old as time itself. This is a story about life given & life taken, this is the tale when I meet death” Vocalist K. Romlin states.

Tracklist:

  1. Nattkrönt
  2. Rex Tenebrae
  3. Fjättrad
  4. Ett Gravfäst Öde
  5. Hädanfärd
  6. Gudars Skymning
  7. Människans Förfall
  8. Grått & Ödelagt
  9. Enslingen

In support of the upcoming album, today Night Crowned unleashed a brand new and haunting video clip for the track “Nattkrönt”, streaming here:

“Have you ever sat completely still in a forest at night & listened to all the sounds or just the eerie silence?
This is our celebration our dedication to the night it self. A Melodic, fast, heavy, catchy and aggressive black/death metal song.”
the band comments.

Initially planned as a double album (in English, as well as in Swedish), “Hädanfärd” will be coming out in Swedish language only, in order to release the band’s most authentic, as well as honest, work to date.

“Hädanfärd” drops July 9th via Noble Demon and is now available for pre-order HERE

Limited merch bundles with the cover art shirt in various sizes together with either the new digipak of “Hädanfärd” or black vinyl, orange or ghost silver marble color, are available HERE
