ALEX COLE, International recording artist and power-rock singer/guitarist/songwriter, has just released a new video of his song “Bad Boy Rocker” which is featured in the Hollywood film “Senior Moment”.
“Bad Boy Rocker” a song by Alex Cole is featured in the film “Senior Moment” starring William Shatner, Christopher Lloyd, Jean Smart and Esai Morales. The film was released theatrically and on Demand in the U.S. on March 26 2021. Excerpts of the film are cut into the video-clip.

Alex’s stated: After I jumped off a successful tour supporting Ted Nugent, I heard that Giorgio Serafini wanted to shoot a videoclip with me. I got very excited. I’m honored to have worked with such a fantastic director and to be part of this amazing project. I’m also proud because the very accomplished Emmy Award winner Laura Karpman wrote the score for this movie. Rocco Nugent joined the shooting. A real pleasure to work with. The “When the World Stood Still” tour will follow the release of the Bandit’s forthcoming highly anticipated album of the same name. The album documents a moment in time that the whole world will never forget, a time where each person on the planet has felt repercussions in one way or another.
The album was recorded in one of Britain’s most iconic recording studios, Sawmills, with one of its most talented producers, John Cornfield. This coupling has, in the past, produced some of the most ground-breaking albums of the last 30 years – Stone Roses (“Fools Gold”), Oasis (“Definitely Maybe”), Supergrass (“In it for the Money”), Robert Plant (“The Fate of Nations”) and Muse (“Showbiz”). Wille & the Bandits “When the World Stood Still” sits comfortably with these albums.
Wille & the Bandits are lauded for their live performance; impressive musicianship and expertly crafted song writing, delivered through an immense and immersive sound. The impact is mesmerising, the effect is transcendental. This is what keeps fans coming back for more. In addition to the lead guitar, lap steel guitar and lead vocals of Wille Edwards, the sound of the band is set to become even more well-honed, rhythmic, and dynamic with a brand-new rhythm section composed of Tom Gilkes (drums, percussion) and Harry Mackaill (bass, keyboards). To add a whole new element to the music the band now also features Hammond organ and second guitar with the multi-instrumentalist Matthew Gallagher (Hammond organ, guitar, percussion) second making up a four-piece.
“I’m very excited by the new line-up”, says an enthusiastic Wille Edwards. “Our music was starting to have layers within it that were beginning to be impossible to do justice to as a trio. With a band of multi-instrumentalists and a drummer who is technically outstanding, yet plays to what the song needs, we are able to achieve live what I thought might only be possible in the layers of a studio recording.”
Wille & the Bandits are impossible to pigeonhole. They are musically as diverse as Lady Gaga’s wardrobe. They adopt the musical essence, nostalgia, and discovery of the late 60’s and 70’s and mix rock and roll, funk, and soul to create something fresh and wholly unique.
Wille & the Bandits have toured with world-class acts: Deep Purple; twice with Status Quo; Joe Bonamassa who found Wille to be a “superb slide player”, and Warren Haynes. In 2014 they were voted in the Top Ten Bands to see at Glastonbury Festival.
They’ve played festivals and events including Isle of Wight, Rambln’ Man Fair, Steelhouse, Peer Blues, Boardmasters, and the London Olympics. They were invited to perform at Les Paul’s own Jazz club – the world-famous Iridium venue in New York City.
The upcoming tour will feature songs from the new album; tracks that are on another level to that which the band have produced to date. Each song has been crafted with care and attention to detail, worked and reworked, filled with all the emotion and tribulations of during a time that has been strange and tragic, with moments of clarity and moments of reflection. Each of Wille’s songs tell their own stories, but there is also a cohesion between the tracks that tells a bigger story of “When the World Stood Still”.
In addition to tracks from the new album, the band will also dig into their extensive back catalogue. Fans who have followed the progression of tracks such as “Angel” are used to witnessing the evolution of individual songs as they become ever more mesmerising; they can expect to hear tracks they have become well acquainted with morphing and altering, venturing into Pink Floyd-esque landscapes and Led Zeppelin style riffs that take the listener on a deeper musical journey.

Osmose Productions have announced that the third full-length album from Black Metallers NATTVERD is set to hit the streets on the 30th April. Titled “Vandring” it forms the final chapter of the Black Death trilogy which includes the 2019 EP “Skuggen, and 2020’s full-length “Styggdom”.
According to the band, whose lineup is composed of Ormr on Vocals and Guitars, Atyr on Guitars, Sveinr on Bass, Antichristian on Drums, and Serpentr on Guitars,
“Vandring” is “a more dynamic album than our last, because we have challenged the core that is NATTVERD, whilst at the same time staying true to the spirit that is the band. We have pushed some boundaries, which has resulted in more diverse tracks, that touch a lot on melancholy, and is even more aggression, with epic moments”.
As a taster of what to expect, a track from the album has been released as a single. The track, “Naar Taaken Fortaerer Alt”, which features Geir Bratland (Gerlioz of DIMMU BORGIR, ex GOD SEED) on piano, can be streamed or downloaded from various digital platforms at https://backl.ink/143962158

“Vandring” was recorded during March and April of 2020 at Velvet Recording in Spydeberg, Norway, with producer Christer Krogh who also mastered the album. Active Rock Powerhouse band, BLAMESHIFT, have released their official sports themed music video for their single “Came For Blood” that came out on March 5, 2021.
The music video is the first for the band to tie in a sports theme into the story line. “Came for Blood” was filmed at NY Martial Arts Academy in Brooklyn and was directed by Tom Flynn (Lamb of God, All that Remains).

THE STORY of “Came for Blood” – As fate would have it, we recorded this song right before the pandemic hit. It was Jan 2020 and the band flew to LA to record some new songs with our producer Erik Ron (Godsmack, Panic at the Disco). The game plan was to release this first single and tour non-stop as usual. Fast forward the song came out on March 5th followed by the music video with an MMA /Fight Club Vibe. “Came for Blood” is about the underdog getting last licks and winning. It hits home more than we knew after the rest of 2020 ran it’s course.
Ron Williams aka RONZWORLD gained popularity among Rock fans and musicians in 2015 by partnering with The Music Experience to deliver custom/hand painted “Official Festival Guitars” to the Danny Wimmer Presents portfolio of music festivals (Welcome to Rockville, Epicenter, Sonic Temple, Bourbon & Beyond, HomeTowm Rising, Louder Than Life and Aftershock). Blameshift was fortunate enough to get Ron on board as they launched a contest around their new single, “Came for Blood.” The band’s good friends at PRS Guitars supplied the canvas and Ron got to work.

Blameshift is a four-piece active rock powerhouse comprised of singer Jenny Mann, guitarist Tim Barbour, drummer Jeff Maurer and bassist Mike LaRoche.
