PSYCHOLIES Confirmed For ARTmania Festival

ALPHA OMEGA Management is pleased to announce that the industrial dark glam metallers PSYCHOLIES are confirmed for ARTmania Festival, alongside the four other Alpha Omega roster bands (HERETIC’S DREAM, POEMISIA, MELLOWTOY And AVENUE LIE), set to take place on July 28 – 30 in Sibiu, Romania! PSYCHOLIES – formed in 2014 – are a four-piece industrial dark glam metal band from Bari (Italy), coming from previous musical experiences, with a huge number of live sets on their sholders. The band’s sound is a mixture of Industrial Metal, Softcore, Dark and Glam merged into a unique and unmistakable style. The Debut Album will be released in October 2016, for a big German Label. In these two years of work on the album, the band has played at festivals such as the Total Metal Festival 2014 (Bari), Trash Fest VII (Helsinki), Gothic Castle (Germany), furthermore PSYCHOLIES has toured Slovakia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia,  Lithuania, Finland and Austria.

HERETIC’S DREAM is a female fronted five piece Rock band that can’t easily be labelled as playing anyone type of Rock music! Their music is Hard Rock, Alternative, Progressive and Metal, combining unusual and complex rhythms with a fierce energy, making their music unique! Check out their latest video for the song ‘Secret Place’, taken from the fortcoming album ‘Floating State Of Mind’ here:

The musical style of POEMISIA is focused on sounds which combine metal music to opera and symphonic elements. This duality leads to a tendency to mark the continuous conflict between darkness and light, between death and life, between Hell and Heaven, sometimes also in a peculiar grotesque way. This is fully reflected also in the lyrics which have always a refined nature. POEMISIA Live video from Moscow:

Italian Hardcore metallers MELLOWTOY, formed in 2002, have toured Italy and throughout Europe with renowned international acts like Papa Roach, Disturbed, Stone Sour, Ill Nino, Alter Bridge, HIM & Fear Factory. This 6-piece combo is set to hit everyone with their unique wave of sound on their live shows. Their latest effort “Lies” came out in January 2015 (on Scarlet Records). Italian alternative Hard Rock Band AVENUELIE, who recently toured with Pain Of Salvation, released their latest effort “Genesi” in 2015, presenting different themes such as temptation, addiction, consciousness, the power of defeats, pride, ranging from powerful riffs and hard rock songs, to poignant ballads and acoustic songs with progressive and electronic elements. TRAIL OF TEARS: Performance Footage Of New Song

Fan-filmed video footage of Norway’s TRAIL OF TEARS performing a brand new song at the seventh edition of the ARTmania festival, which was held August 6-12 in the center of Sibiu, Transylvania, Romania, can be seen below.

TRAIL OF TEARS earlier in the year finished recording its seventh album at Sound Suite Studio in Marseille, France with producer Terje Refsnes. The band is currently seeking a suitable record label to release the effort.

Commented the band: “Cathrine [Paulsen] came through the extreme schedule with flying colours, putting the finishing vocals on the end result and delivered a performance for the history books!

“We believe that we have created something extraordinary and can’t wait to share it with you all. Never before has a recording process involved so much blood, sweat and tears!”

TRAIL OF TEARS in March announced the addition of drummer Bjørn to the group’s ranks.

The band’s longtime drummer Cato Jensen left the band in January in order to focus on other priorities.

TRAIL OF TEARS in 2010 parted ways with guitarist Pål Olsen and opted to carry on as a five-piece.

TRAIL OF TEARS‘s sixth album, “Bloodstained Endurance”, was recorded and mixed over a six-week period at Sound Suite Studio in Marseille, France with producer Terje Refsnes.

In 2007, TRAIL OF TEARS was rejoined by vocalist Cathrine Paulsen, who sang on the group’s 2002 album, “A New Dimension of Might”.
