Metal Shock Finland’s UTILIFEST Project partners at Brutal Assault Festival  have made an announcement that they have ‘become green’ for this years festival, which will take place 7th – 10th August in the Czech Republic.

The organisers stated:

“It is  also our pleasure to announce that BA festival becomes green! This year we bring another novelty again, concretely ArecaGoodPlates which are natural and high duality disposable plates made from fallen dried leaves of Areca palm tree. At this moment a big container from India is arriving to Josefov and you can already look forward to this original stuff which will be a part of  the equipment of all refreshment kiosks at the festival.

We also continue in separated waste program and also in the refundable cups system. This year the advance deposit for 1 BA cup will be 1,5 coupon (45,- Czk).”

Metal Shock Finland is proud to announce a new Utilifest media partnership with BRUTAL ASSAULT FESTIVAL 2013. The festival, which is in its eighteenth year, will take place in the Czech Republic from 7-10 August.

The festival will be held inside the Old Army Fortress in Josefov (approx. 130 km from Prague). The unique atmosphere and history of the Fortress is an integral part of the festival’s image and provides the festival-goers an unusual experience.

Here is a description by the festival organisers:

Both stages are on the main square and the festival “accessories” are placed in the surrounding space. The festival-goers will discover tens of refreshment kiosks with various kinds of food for carnivores, vegetarians and vegans, 4 big “beer tents” offering 5 brands of draught beer and also several kiosks offering various kinds of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Visit our “chill out” zone on the place called “Greenfield”! This place is inside the Fortress, just a small walk from the main square with both stages. Greenfield is a place for your pleasure and relaxation when you want to escape from the sound terror. It is a place for recharging your batteries. Among others you can find there monster “Metal Market” with more than 60 shops and last but not least the “Horror Cinema House” with a day projection of “B” level horror cinema movies.

Visit also our “Natural stand”, a place for those who want to see the festival rush from above directly opposite both stages. We call it “natural stand” since it reminds you of a hillside where you can stay standing or sitting. This year again with separate sound coverage!
