VOIVOD drummer Michel “Away” Langevin comments about the tour with Entombed A.D as follows: “Touring, recording, touring…We love it and we are thrilled to go back to Europe, this time with our friends in metal, Entombed A.D.”
VOIVOD continue to tour in support of their latest release, the Mini-CD entitled “Post Society – EP” and work is also underway for a new studio album, expected for 2017.
VOIVOD’s “Post Society – EP”, which followed up 2013’s acclaimed “Target Earth” album release, is available as Digipak CD and as Digital Download. It contains 5 studio tracks, including the previously vinyl-only new VOIVOD songs from the limited split 7″ EP’s with label-mates At The Gates and Napalm Death, two brand new songs and a Hawkwind cover (“Silver Machine”) with a total playing time of 30 minutes. The artwork was traditionally created by VOIVOD drummer Michel “Away” Langevin.

The deadly dawn of a new ENTOMBED A.D. chapter will be opened on February 26th, 2016 with a new album “Dead Dawn”, full of death and rock and roll, on Century Media. Now the band has launched a video for the brand new song “The Winner Has Lost”. Watch the video below.
The band comments on the video: “We were about to brew a collaboration beer with Warpigs in Copenhagen. An Imperial Stout that is a mix of Mikkellers “Beer Geek Breakfast” and 3 Floyds “Dark Lord”. It will basically taste like we sound.Very heavy stuff. We were looking forward to a day of brewing beer, drinking beer and eating bbq. Then we were told that we need a new video asap. So we got a great idea and perfect solution: let’s just film us brewing, drinking and eating and spending the whole budget on that! And so we did. Best day at work ever.”

The deadly dawn of a new ENTOMBED A.D. chapter will be opened on February 26th, 2016 with a new album full of death, rock and roll. The band is proud to present a first appetizer called ‘Midas In Reverse’. Check it out here:
Nico Elgstrand (guitar/backing vocals) comments the creation of “Dead Dawn” as follows: “I think it is safe to say that all of us in the band feel like we just have given birth to one tank each. Meaning the pregnancy and delivery was everything but pleasant! Still, when watching our newest offspring play with their cannons and bombs, blasting everything around them to bits, we feel, just like any parent, pride and joy and wouldn’t have it undone for all the money in the world!”
Rounded off by a striking cover artwork created by Watain frontman Erik Danielsson, and backed up by a versatile production team consisting of Tom Van Heesch and Jacob Hellner of Big Island Sound, Stockholm as well as Nico Elgstrand himself, who produced a majority of the tracks whereas Svante Forsbäck of Chartmakers mastered this new beast, “Dead Dawn” looks and sounds great, too.
Following a successful live campaign around “Back To The Front” including an European tour with Grave in 2014 as well as tons of festival appearances, ENTOMBED A.D. shall hit the road again shortly before releasing “Dead Dawn”. First up is the Europa Blasphemia tour in January/February 2016 with Behemoth, Abbath and Inquisition, followed by an extensive US run in the spring (more details soon) and a good run of summer festivals like Hellfest (FR), Wacken (DE), Summer Breeze (DE), and many more.

From his anti-god lyrics and Satanist labeling, Glen Benton has managed to lead DEICIDE through 11 albums over the past 25 years, and they have been a staple death metal band from the early years of the genre.
