Great new confirmations for the most expected festival!! Today we are pleased to announce the confirmation of CANNIBAL CORPSE, BLACK VEIL BRIDES and LIZZY BORDEN in the bill of the most important rock italian festival: Gods Of Metal 2012! CANNIBAL CORPSE return to Italy at Gods Of Metal 2012, June 21 (MANOWAR headlining). After participating in the 2010 edition in Turin, the American band will return to give us great music and great growl experience. The ultimate death metal band will introduce us songs from the new album “Torture” (out in March 13) as well as the classics that made them famous around the globe. Welcome back CANNIBALS!!! BLACK VEIL BRIDES, young glam rock band from Los Angeles, have confirmed their show for June 23 (MOTLEY CRUE headliner). On the same day we have the honor to announce the presence of LIZZY BORDEN: historical “shock rock” band, in the wake of Alice Cooper and WASP … a great return!

GODS OF METAL 2012: Tony Iommi won’t make it, OZZY & FRIENDS will be headling June 24

Reunited BLACK SABBATH – who late last year confirmed the recording of their first new album in more than 33 years and a worldwide headlining tour – have had to put some plans on hold due to Tony Iommi’s battle with lymphoma. Tony unfortunately won’t be able for touring and deserves all our sympathy and our deepest love, wishing him a speedy recovery. OZZY OSBOURNE will now perform the majority of the previously scheduled BLACK SABBATH dates billed as OZZY & FRIENDS. These “first ever” OZZY & FRIENDS shows will feature appearances by “special guest” musicians including GEEZER BUTLER (who will join Ozzy for a special BLACK SABBATH set as a show of respect and support to their friend, Tony Iommi) and longtime former OZZY band member Zakk Wylde. In addition, OZZY will be accompanied by longtime collaborator and friend Slash at select shows, with other “special guests” set to join the tour at various stops along the way. On Thursday February 23 we will announce other great bands! GODS OF METAL 2012: June 24th, ticket holders

All GODS OF METAL Sunday 24th June ticket holders, which does not want to attend the day, are allowed to use the same ticket for one of the other three days of the festival (21 or 22 or 23 June) at their choice. This is valid both for regular / pit tickets for 4 days ticket. In order to change the ticket, they need to go the store from which they purchased it and ask for a change with a ticket / subscription for the same amount valid for another day (at their choice) or by paying a subscription for an amount exceeding the difference.
