HELL OR HIGHWATER, featuring ATREYU drummer Brandon Saller on lead vocals, have debuted ‘I Want It All’, the first song from ‘Vista’, their upcoming second full-length album and Spinefarm debut.

In advance of the album’s release, HELL OR HIGHWATER will hit the road with Nothing More, Black Maps, and As Lions.

HELL OR HIGHWATER travel in a different lane than Saller’s other band, taking a more melodic approach. In the midst of a hiatus from Atreyu, Saller introduced the robust, raucous rock of HELL OR HIGHWATER in 2011 with the independent full-length debut, Begin Again. Arriving with a bang, the group supported Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, The Used, and The Darkness on tour, while album standout ‘Go Alone’ [featuring A7X’s M. Shadows] cracked one million Spotify streams.

With Vista, HELL OR HIGHWATER are eager to start the next chapter of the band’s already impressive career.

XANDER DEMOS To Contribute All-star Track To Queen Tribute Album

Renowned metal guitar virtuoso, Xander Demos (Sabbath Judas Sabbath, XDB) is happy to announce he will contrbute a track to the upcoming QUEEN tribute album, “We Will Rock You”. Xander will record a cover of the Queen classic, “I Want It All”. The album will be released in late 2015 on Versailles Records.

Xander is also being prominently featured on the upcoming Versailles Records release, Guitar Wizards Vol. 3 and 4, expected for early 2015 release. The album will feature some of the biggest names in rock and metal guitar, including current/former lead guitarists fromFaith No More, Megadeth, Ozzy Osbourne Band, Kiss, Whitesnake, Guns N Roses, KISS, Poison, Alice Cooper Band, and the great Jeff Healey.

“We’re very excited about Xander’s involvement with this upcoming Queen tribute,” said Xander’s manager, Michael Stover of MTS Management Group. “Xander is a huge Queen fan, and when I approached him about it, he said ‘yes’ before I could even finish my sentence! ‘I Want It All’ is such an iconic Queen song, and we’re thrilled to be given the chance to record it. We’re already in talks with several other well-known rockers to be a part of this track. I don’t want to give any names away yet, but I know everyone will be blown away once we announce them. Xander Demos is a rock and metal guitarist, based in Pittsburgh, PA. He has performed and recorded with James Rivera (Helstar, Malice), Sabbath Judas Sabbath, Liberty N’ Justice, Ged Rylands’ Rage Of Angels, Modern Superstar, and others. His debut album, Guitarcadia was mixed by CJ Snare of Firehouse, and it received mass critical praise. Xander will release his follow up, Runways and Waterways in late 2014/early 2015. He will appear in the 2015 metal movie release, “Hair I Go Again,” featuring members of Motley Crue, RATT, Quiet Riot, Anthrax, Warrant, Stryper and many others. THE POODLES To Enter Studio In February

Swedish hard rockers THE POODLES will enter the studio in February 2013 to begin recording their fifth album for a tentative late spring release.

Commented the band: “It’s been way too long, I know. [We] hope you’ve missed us as much as we miss you.

“By now you probably think we have all quit, retired, moved to a small house in the countryside and are sitting on the porch sipping iced tea in a rocking chair all day long, but that’s not so. We’ve been keeping busy these last seven-eight months with all kinds of different stuff and we’ve enjoyed some well-earned time off as well!

“Last week we all got together again though, sat down, had a cold one and tried to figure out a plan for things to come. So, just to give you guys a quick update we have just started writing material for a new album and it’s sounding awesome. Some really great stuff has been coming up already and there’ll be plenty more before we’re done, rest assured!”

THE POODLES‘ fourth album, “Performocracy”, entered the official chart in Sweden at position No. 1. Released on April 15, 2011 in Europe (May 5, 2011 in North America) via Frontiers Records, the CD was again produced by Mats Valentin, but this time Tobias Lindell (EUROPE, MUSTASCH) mixed the 12 outstanding tracks that make up the effort.
