Rollingstone.com have reported that Josh Homme has softened his “Fuck the Grammys” stance. In a new fan Q&A facilitated by FasterLouder, the QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE frontman says he’s no longer interested in “the drama” of the Grammy night controversy – which involved cutting off his epic jam with Nine Inch Nails, Dave Grohl and Lindsey Buckingham – and that he was “really drunk” when he made that infamous comment at a recent Houston gig (which also involved flipping a verbal middle-finger to Imagine Dragons, who won Best Hard Rock Performance over Queens).
Homme stated: “Grohl and I have this wonderful musical relationship which we don’t have with other people. It’s a very cool and comfortable position.”
