Motörhead Vödka is a new premium vodka made from 100% locally grown wheat that has been distilled and bottled in the small market town of Malmköping, Sweden. It has a rich, full bodied and complex character, with a light and fruity aftertaste. A touch of barley gives the vodka a rounded and mellow grain character. Its distinctive taste is further enhanced by the unique locally sourced water, which has been naturally filtered for thousands of years in a ridge in Malmköping. It’s an easy-drinking vodka, that can be enjoyed both with and without ice.

The Great Frog, which has been hand-crafting rock jewelry in Carnaby, London since 1972, will launch two new MOTÖRHEAD-inspired rings on Friday, December 9 in all three of its stores: London, New York and Los Angeles.
The Motörhead Warpig ring is priced at £220.00 ($360), while the Motörhead Ace Of Spades ring will go for £180.00 ($295).
Commented The Great Fog in a press release: “We made Lemmy‘s original Warpig ring back in the day, around 25 years ago, and we still sell it but we never had an official licensing agreement, just a handshake from the man himself. Then recently we were approached by their product licensing company to make it official. They liked what we were do and they wanted the opportunity to collaborate to offer the fans high-end jewellery associated with the band.
“Lemmy hasn’t designed the rings, but he has had full and final approval of both the rings.
“Each ring is hand-made, sterling silver and will have have its own personal limited-edition number engraved in the back, with the first five going to the band and management.”
A promotional video for the Warpig ring can be seen below.

Gigantour is a chance to, as Mustaine says, tour with like-minded artists “that play heavy music in a high-energy environment,” with a fan-friendly ticket price. He founded the tour in 2005 and invited such artists as ANTHRAX, DREAM THEATER, FEAR FACTORY, LAMB OF GOD, OPETH, STATIC-X, and IN FLAMES to join Megadeth. For Lacuna Coil, Gigantour 2012 marks a return to the tour, as they performed on the 2007 Australian tour; the Italian heavy metal group’s singer Cristina Scabbia also appeared on Megadeth’ 2007 re-recording of their song, ‘A Tout Le Monde’. Swedish classic rockers GRAVEYARD just confirmed their participation on the German leg of MOTÖRHEADs European tour 2011 in November.
Commented the band: „This year is getting more and more unbelievable for us. As it if it wasn’t enough that we got the chance to open for Maiden in our hometown, now we’re gonna go on tour with the essence of rock’n’roll – Motörhead!! Once again we feel deeply honoured to get a sort of approval to step into rock history by opening for Motörhead. And when you’re talking about Motörhead, there’s no way of getting around talking about Lemmy. That cat has always been an inspiration to us, all the way from Sam Gopal to Motörhead. Not only musically through his combination of psychedelia, rock and punk. But also through his relentlessness, something we hold very high in the Graveyard camp. But let’s not forget that we also get to go on tour with a fellow Gothenburger – Mikkey Dee – the magic stikks wizard!“
