Spanish extreme metallers NOCTEM have announced the New Era to begin. Read the band’s message below:

CLOUDSCAPE: ‘Your Desire’ Video Released

“Your Desire”, the new video from Swedish metallers CLOUDSCAPE, can be seen below. The clip was filmed and produced by Rainer Holmgren.

“Your Desire” comes off CLOUDSCAPE‘s long-awaited fourth album, “New Era”, which will be released in the U.S. on September 11 via Nightmare Records

CLOUDSCAPE is a melodic power metal band with progressive touches from southern Sweden. Fans of both progressive metal, such as EVERGREY, SYMPHONY X, DREAM THEATER, and PAGAN’S MIND, and old-school rock, like AEROSMITH, SCORPIONS, and JOURNEY, are sure to find something enjoyable about CLOUDSCAPE.

Darkene Drummer To ‘Growl’ On New Cloudscape Album

Swedish metallers CLOUDSCAPE will enter RoastingHouse Studios in Malmö, Sweden on April 11 with producer/engineer Micko Twedberg to begin recording their fourth album, “New Era”, for a late 2011 release. One of the songs on the CD will feature a guest appearance by “longtime friend” Peter Wildoer (see the picture; DARKANE, JAMES LABRIE) on vocals. According to CLOUDSCAPE, “Peter’s voice sounds really cool and fits this particular song along with Mike’s [Andersson, CLOUDSCAPE singer] clean vocals.”

Mike and Peter previously played together back in the late ’80s in a local band called ZANINES. However, this will mark the first time they have officially collaborated on an album.
