International music project TACE (Egypt, Germany, Poland) is back after more than a two years’ pause. The musicians have announced their new singer, Mike Gerhold, and also the release of new single.
TACE (former The Andrzej Citowicz Experience) was founded in 2012 by the Polish guitarist Andrzej Citowicz (currently based in Egypt) and the multi-instrumentalist and producer Dirk Arnicke (Germany). Influenced by rock music of 70s/ 80s and they created their own, guitar-oriented sound. Together with the Polish bass player Patryk Szymanski and their former German singer Oliver Monsieur, they released an EP titled ‘Jack Of Hearts’ in early 2015. The project was put on hold in June 2015.
Now, with the addition of Mike Gerhold as their new vocalist, the current line-up of TACE is:
Mike Gerhold – vocals
Dirk Arnicke – drums, keys, production
Patryk Szymanski – bass
Andrzej Citowicz – guitars
TACE is working on some new material, due to be released in 2018. Furthermore the band reveals the premiere date for the first single “You Made My Day”, to be February 16th.
