Yesterday, the 2nd September, Moonsorrow, the Finnish viking folk metal band, has entered the studio to record their next full length album!

The Band announces on their website: “We have been working on the new material throughout the summer, and despite the extremely hot weather we’ve had in Finland, none of it is present in the atmosphere of the new songs. This stuff is Cold, Heavy and Crushing. Lyrically we’re dealing with life after the end of the world, so there is no light at the end of that tunnel either. The album will be recorded in various studios around Finland”
