Australian hard rockers PALACE OF THE KING keep the new singles coming with a brand new track “Tear It Down” from their forthcoming album “Friends in Low places” which is sure to get your heart and fists pumping!
“Tear It Down” showcases the band’s mighty drummer Cameron McGlinchey who also co-wrote the song with Sean Johnston and Tim Henwood.

As always the band is in fine form here pumping their way through a scorching performance with soaring vocals from Tim Henwood, killer guitars and keyboards from Seany Johnston and Leigh Maden, and of course Anthony Licciardi smashing his way through the track on bass following Mcglinchey all the way to rock n roll damnation.

Produced and recorded by the multi talented Tim Henwood and mixed by the legendary Steve James (The Screaming Jets), the track is sounding as mighty as Mike Tyson in his prime.
“Tear It Down” brings us one step closer to the bands brand new album release in December and reminds us all that Australian rock music is alive and well with “Palace Of The King”.

Fans of high energy rock music can look forward to experiencing “Tear It Down” on all major streaming platforms and digital music stores starting November 2nd through the mighty “Reckless Records”.

COBRA SPELL Unleash Second Single ‘The Devil Inside of Me’

Femme 80s glam metal unit COBRA SPELL are back for more – revealing their second single “The Devil Inside of Me”! After releasing a smoking hot music video for their first single, “S.E.X.”, that reached 100k views in no time, the quintet lures with another temptation, both visually and musically. The songwriting skills of up-and-coming guitar phenomenon and founding member Sonia Anubis (ex-CRYPTA, ex-BURNING WITCHES) shine on this catchy future hit, proving that the highly promising band has reached a whole new level on their upcoming debut album, 666, out December 1, 2023 via Napalm Records.

Founded in 2019 by Sonia Anubis, COBRA SPELL‘s current lineup is completed by Kristina Vega on vocals, Twitch streamer Noelle dos Anjos on guitar, Hale Naphtha on drums and Roxy Herrera on bass. Together, they have already toured with numerous established bands such as ROSS THE BOSS, ENFORCER and EVIL INVADERS, and released two globally praised EPs, Love Venom (2020) and Anthems Of The Night (2022). With these aces under their studded leather belts, COBRA SPELL are gearing up to introduce their first full-length, aiming for nothing less than 80s rock ‘n’ roll world domination.

Sonia Anubis on “The Devil Inside of Me”:
“‘The Devil Inside of Me’ speaks about how a girl leaves aside a life oppressed by a religious upbringing. She decides to follow her own path by doing what really makes her happy in life, which is translated in passions that are not common in religious environments. Her family sees it as being troubled & lost – when in reality, she is just living her life freely as she is meant to. She owns her life. Her family distances themselves from her due to her choices. Sometimes, living a free life has a painfully expensive price.”

Pre-Order 666 HERE

A heavily classic rock inspired intro track paves the way for the rest of the album. The essence of 666 is without a doubt untamable and unapologetic feminine power, refreshingly twisting typical lyrical themes of 80s sleaze metal – particularly present on tracks like “Satan Is a Woman” and “Bad Girl Crew”. COBRA SPELL don’t limit themselves to glam rock and heavy metal clichés with their instrumentation either – from tingling synths to a groovy saxophone solo on “Love = Love”, the band skillfully combines different 80s-inspired soundscapes. COBRA SPELL’s songwriting skills especially shine on catchy future hit “The Devil Inside of Me” and emotional “Fly Away” – the latter representing one of the slower songs on the album. Mesmerizing melodies and absorbing drum patterns are topped off by raspy rock ‘n’ roll vocals on the W.A.S.P.-inspired anthem of runaways and rebels, “Warrior From Hell”, before shredding “High on Love” wraps the album up on an uplifting note.

COBRA SPELL’s ambitious, smoking hot debut attack, 666, showcases the undisputable talent of the outfit, and is sure to settle the rising rockers’ standing in the scene. These fierce ladies take no prisoners and are now ready to take on all stages worldwide, with a hunger to put on a show that will leave audiences around the globe bewitched, speechless and begging for more.

COBRA SPELL on 666:
“Unleash the power of our upcoming album, ‘666’ – an album that defines convention and rebels against the limitations imposed on us, women. This is a sonic journey that embraces the devil’s number as a symbol of personal autonomy and freedom. ‘666’ is not just music; it’s an act of rebellion against gender inequality, a scream for freedom of expression, and a fight to destigmatize sexual expression for women. Join us in this unapologetic quest for equality and empowerment.”

SIX FOOT SIX have released ‘Fire Will Burn’, second single taken from the new album ‘Beggar’s Hill’ to be released on December 8th via Scarlet Records.

Pure anthemic heavy metal at its best: ‘Beggar’s Hill’ is the third Six Foot Six record and the most coherent of their works until this date.

Influenced by classic bands such as Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Metallica, it’s a guitar and vocal melody-driven album, but still with a powerful up-to-date sound.

The catchy songs take you on a melancholic journey through salt-beaten winding seaside cliffs, medieval battles, decrepitude and abandonment, cinematic glimpses and the general state of the world – a planet of war, love, pollution and wonders!

All drums are tracked by the legendary Snowy Shaw, as a special guest, and he puts his unmistakable mark on the entire album.

  • third album for the Gothenburg-based band leaded by former Falconer’s frontman Kristoffer Göbel
  • special guest drummer on all tracks, Snowy Shaw (King Diamond, Sabaton, Dimmu Borgir, Dream Evil)
  • produced by Kristoffer Göbel and Christoffer Borg; mixed by Christoffer Borg
  • artwork by Frode Hovde (Aldaria, Confidential)
  • ‘Raise the Dead’ video directed by Patric Ullaeus (Revolver Film Company)
  • ‘Tears’ video directed by Daniel Wahlström (Heavy Groove Media)
  • for fans of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica, Helloween, Accept

SIX FOOT SIX:

GYPSY PISTOLEROS release the video for their fourth single ‘I’ll Remember you!’ on Thursday 2nd Nov, taken from the new album ‘Duende a Go Go Loco!‘, which is already receiving critical acclaim, out on Friday Nov 3rd

‘I’ll Remember You!’ is a tale of tragedy & loss, where the living can’t let go of the dead. Can love and faith conquer all? Not when you sleep on the grave and disturb the woodland Spirits in this sacred place on all Hallows night! The nearest the Pistoleros ever get to a ballad, but this ballad kicks.

New album ‘Duende A Go Go Loco!‘  is going to be hailed as the band’s masterpiece; an album that brings together all facets of this unique mongrel offspring of fiery flamenco passion and gritty gutter glam Punk.

The Gypsy Pistoleros defy the rules, born roaming somewhere between Zaragoza and Worcester, brought into the world to a soundtrack stack-heeled anthems of sleazy ’70s Glam. The songs span madly in the best rock ‘n’ roll tradition with big hooks, attitude, and sleaze. Yet those flamenco breaks got into your head and refused to leave – this hybrid rocks.

Tracklisting:
1 Duende A Go Go Loco!
2 I Got it all
3 Revolution
4 What’s it like to be a Girl?
5 The Ballad of Tommy Shelby
6 Like Tears in the Rain
7 Thrill Kill Killer Club
8  Maybe Tomorrow
9 I’ll Remember You
10 Come on Eileen

The new album ‘Duende A Go Go Loco! has been recorded, mixed and produced by fast-rising legend Dave Draper (The Wildhearts, Nickelback, Kerbdog, Terrorvision, The Professionals) at The Old Cider Press Studios, Pershore.

Live shows:
3rd November – Hard Rock Hell Festival 2023 Album Launch show
4th November – Hard Rock Hell Festival 2023 (Main Stage)
18th November – The Ainsdale Cricket Club, Southport
25th November – Dementia Aware Festival, HMV Coventry
3rd December – Planet Rockstock, Trecco Bay, Wales

2024
Saturday 9th March – HARD ROCK HELL AOR X FESTIVAL, Great Yarmouth

The Gypsy Pistoleros have always had a reputation for danger and played five Rocklahoma festivals 2007-11, in Oklahoma, USA , where they  appeared alongside Motley Crue, Guns n Roses, Poison, ZZ top, Twisted sister, Faster Pussycat, Vain, Papa Roach, Whitesnake, Skid Row, Black Label Society. Normally closing each night!

They have toured extensively, playing with the likes of L.A. Guns, Faster Pussycat, Adler’s Appetite, UFO, Motorhead, Ratt, Dogs D’amour, Dirty Penny, Bang tango, Wrathchild, Vains Of Jenna, Twisted Sister, Poison, Vince Neil, Bang Tango, Skid Row, Slaughter, Faster Pussycat, Dokken and ZZ Top.

GYPSY PISTOLEROS have burst back onto the Rock scene, they have reinvented themselves, bringing Flamenco Punk Glam Rock n Roll to the masses. Their new album ‘Duende a Go Go Loco!’  captures an edgier, punkier and heavier side of Gypsy Pistoleros, whilst retaining the Flamenco Rumba heart and fully embracing their fiery flamenco/rumba passion, staying true to their distinctive crossover of punk rock ‘n’ roll leanings! “Gypsy Pistoleros may be best described as being the ideal house band for the fictitious Titty Twister bar of Rodriguez’s from Dusk Til Dawn. Between the nods to Morricone’s tense, tumbleweed atmospheres and the Gypsy Kings’ manic Mediterranean energy, a New York Dolls raw glam spark and a surplus of prime G ‘n’ R attitude!” – Planet Mosh

“Gypsy Pistoleros are a thrill-a-minute collection of melodic eye-patch swagger that smells of exotic spices and forbidden concubines. The Gypsy Pistoleros sound like Hanoi Rocks, if Hanoi Rocks were sultans and snake charmers” – Sleaze grinder” – Classic Rock Magazine

“This, actually, is as good as sleaze ever got in the last decade. Gypsy Pistoleros was, and still are, a breath of fresh air. You will never hear another band like this. They are the greatest flamenco punk glam band ever. And that’s just a fact. If you don’t believe me, listen to this.” – Maximum Volume Music

GYPSY PISTOLEROS are “The World’s Greatest Flamenco Punk Glam Rock band Ever!”
