Recorded at City Lights and S/Mental studios, V.A.L.D. is being mixed right now at Studio Fungus by the band´s long term sound engineer Max “Kosher/Kebab” Kostermaa who also handled the previous album Road To The Octagon. “Vigorous And Liberating Death” will be mastered by Mika Jussila at Finnvox studios. Total playing time 33:48.

Out 14th Of April 2014 by Osmose Productions. “Vigorous and Liberating Death” will be available on cd, gatefold lp (with poster) and digital download.

Eindhoven Metal Meeting has issued that NAPALM DEATH, CARPATHIAN FOREST, GOTHMINISTER and MORGOTH are among the latest acts to have been confirmed for this year’s Eindhoven Metal Meeting festival set to take place December 12 – 14, 2013 at the Effenaar in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

The festival billing is shaping up as follows (in alphabetical order):

More bands will be announced soon.

For the very first time, the festival will last for three days instead of two days as there will be a Heavy Metal / Thrash Metal party on Thursday evening on the main stage. Regular two-day combitickets are available from now on via the official website.

Official IMPALED NAZARENE Beer Has Arrived

Finnish extreme metallers IMPALED NAZARENE recently teamed up with the Vakka-Suomen Panimo brewery in Uusikaupunki, Finland to produce the Goat Brew beer. According to the band, the beer is only available in Finland “due to well-understood bureaucracy factors and legal terms.”

In other news, IMPALED NAZARENE‘s new DVD, “1990-2012”, has entered the “Music DVD” chart in Finland at position No. 1. The two-disc set contains professionally filmed video footage of two separate concerts filmed nearly two years apart.
