Lindsay Schoolcraft (Ex-Cradle of Filth) has released a video for her song “Dangerous Game”. The track is taken from her Juno nominated album Martyr which was released in October.
Lindsay commented “In celebration of Dangerous Game being my most listened to track on Spotify, I had asked videographer Alexis BC to capture the song live. This Music Video was filmed at Foufounes Electriques in Montreal, Canada on December 7th, 2019 as part of the Album Release Shows for Martyr. It’s so nice to have this professional footage to show the world how much my live band brings to the music. Especially while we currently wait inside until life normalizes again.”
CRADLE OF FILTH keyboardist LINDSAY SCHOOLCRAFT has released her video for “Saviour” from her upcoming solo release “Martyr”. The album was co-written with former Evanescence drummer Rocky Gray andoffers eleven tracks of entrancing gothic rock, influenced by Schoolcraft’s background in classical music.
Lindsay commented “When Rocky sent me the demo of this song, before I had even started writing the lyrics and vocals, I just knew this was going to be “the song” used as the first single and music video. At the time I was dealing with the pressure of feeling like I had to save the lives of everyone around me and I lost a lot of my happiness and sanity in doing so. A lot of the lyrics where taken directly from what I actually said in text message conversations. Every time I sing this song it is such a powerful reminder that I can’t be everything to everyone and that other people need to choose to fix themselves and I can’t make that decision for them.”
CRADLE OF FILTH‘s Lindsay Schoolcraft has released her new single “Where I Fall”. The song is from her upcoming album Martyr which will be released on October 7th 2019.
Lindsay commented “I’m one of those people who entirely needs to detach to recharge. A “self healer” you might call it. Some people need to be around others to cope with loneliness, but I find when I’m alone I find all the answers as to why I’m depressed or feeling lost. I wrote Where I Fall about this secret place and the thoughts that run through my head”

SEPTICFLESH comment: “We are welcoming the new year by releasing a second video from our latest album, ‘Codex Omega’ – this time for the song, ‘Martyr’. Once again the clip is directed by Jon Simvonis, blending the music of SEPTICFLESH with Kendo, which literally means ‘the way of the sword’. It is a battle of sword and spirit. The ultimate goal of the fighter is to become superior to his own previous self.”
Director Jon Simvonis adds: “We really had an awesome time filming SEPTICFLESH while they were delivering an explosive performance for the ‘Martyr’ video! No wonder, why this band nails it on every stage that they set foot on.”

January 18th FEAR FACTORY performed at Whisky A Go Go in California, as a part of the club’s month-long 50th-anniversary celebration. Check out below the video footage of the band’s “Martyr”:
Having recently invited fans to make a video using one of the two exclusive tracks that the band recently recorded, Norwegian Extreme Metallers PANTHEON I, have revealed that the winning entry for the song “Martyr” was made by a fan from Serbia and can be seen below.
Commenting on the winning video, frontman Andre Kvebek said: “All the entries we received were of a very high standard, but what set this one apart was the fact that the winner, Regina Kozlik, not only used existing photos of PANTHEON I, but she also created portraits of the individual members that she drew herself. She will be receiving a package of PANTHEON I goodies in the post very soon.”
PANTHEON I are currently working on their fourth full-length album, which is being recorded at the Skansen Lydstudio in Trondheim. Drum tracks for the album, which will be titled “Adversus”, have already been laid down, with Vegar “Vyl” Larsen (KEEP OF KALESSIN, CHTON, live session drums for GORGOROTH) behind the drum kit in place of regular drummer Mads G (THE ALL SEEING I, ZEENON) who is currently unwell. Aside from Kvebek and Mads G, the line up includes former ABSU guitarist Aethyris McKay on guitars and clean vocals, cellist Live Julianne, Sagstad (TROLLFEST, SARKOM) on guitars and T.R.S. (1349, DEN SAAKALDTE) on bass. Drummer Mads G will continue with the band, and will only be absent for the recording of the new album. A label is currently being sought for the album.
A tape version, of PANTHEON I’s very first album“Atrocity Divine”, limited to 150 copies, has recently been released through Silent Scream Records. Artwork for the tape is by theNorwegian artist Kjell Åge Meland who has worked with the band on all their releases.
