According to Bravewords.com, The Monster Energy Outbreak Tour is delivering its biggest bill to date as global hard rock favorites, Welsh veterans BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE and Los Angeles’ BLACK VEIL BRIDES, will be hitting the road for this annual trek. In addition, they’ll be bringing out emerging upstarts STARS IN STERIO and THROW THE FIGHT, giving fans a full range of veteran acts along with bands to watch for in the years to come. Monster Energy Outbreak Tour opens September 28th in Los Angeles at Club Nokia followed by a run up the northwest and across the country with more dates being added due to demand.

BLACK VEIL BRIDES: Remaining European Shows Cancelled ‘Due To Illness’

Los Angeles theatrical rockers BLACK VEIL BRIDES have released the following statement:

“We are sorry to have to say that due to illness we have been forced to cancel the remaining eight shows of the European tour and reschedule them to a later date. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and we promise to do all that we can to make it up to you. Please try to understand this does not come easy for us. We love the proud BVB Army and will always do our best to not let you down. Again we WILL make these dates up to you soon.”

BLACK VEIL BRIDES‘ movie, “Legion Of The Black”, will be released this June as part of “Wretched And Divine: Ultimate Edition”. The band’s latest CD, “Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones”, will be repackaged in a large black box with all-new artwork, three new songs and the “Legion Of The Black” movie as well as a book of unreleased photographs and other awesome goodies.

BLACK VEIL BRIDES screened “Legion Of The Black” at the Silent Movie Theater in Los Angeles, California in December.

Directed by Patrick Fogarty, written by Andy Biersack, Patrick Fogarty and Richard Villa III, “Legion Of The Black” tells the visual story of “Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones”. The film follows a group of rebels known as “The Wild Ones” as they defend their hearts, minds and bodies against F.E.A.R.

“Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones” sold 42,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 7 on The Billboard 200 chart. Released on January 8 via Lava/Universal Republic, the CD was produced by by John Feldmann (PAPA ROACH, THE USED, ATREYU) and is a full-fledged concept effort. The cover artwork for the album was created by the band’s longtime friend, artist Richard Villa.

ALICE COOPER Says BLACK VEIL BRIDES Is ‘Doing Something Right’

Legendary rocker Alice Cooper recently spoke to The Village Voice about the bands that are carrying on the traditions he created, including ROB ZOMBIE, GWAR and BLACK VEIL BRIDES.

On ROB ZOMBIE:

Cooper: “You have to start with Rob Zombie. Rob Zombie‘s like my little brother. Live, he’s fantastic. if you’re gonna go see an extravaganza, sort of like a media blitz on your brain, it’s Rob Zombie. He knows his stuff when it comes to all things dark and scary. But he’s got a great sense of humor about it. We went on tour together, and we watched the same movies. He and I (along with Tim Burton) agree, most horror movies are comedies. They’re so over-the-top if you’re not laughing there’s something wrong with you.”

On GWAR:

Cooper: “GWAR! Love GWAR. GWAR is just so over-the-top ridiculous that they’re wonderful. I mean, what band has their own factory where they build their own costumes? You’ve gotta give it to them for taking it to the ultimate limit. They are really out there.”

On BLACK VEIL BRIDES:

Cooper: “There’s one young band out there that’s doing something right: BLACK VEIL BRIDES. They’re sort of like MÖTLEY CRÜE/ALICE COOPER junior. But they’re a pretty good idea of style and look and everything, sort of like the brand new Sunset Strip. If MÖTLEY CRÜE had children, it would be these guys. Sleek, very made-up, very rock ‘n’ roll dark, scary creepy. A good rock ‘n’ roll band. A good, snotty rock ‘n’ roll band.”

An audio sample of “In The End”, a brand new song from Los Angeles theatrical rockers BLACK VEIL BRIDES, can be seen in the new promotional clip for WWE‘s upcoming Hell In A Cell pay-per-view event, which will be held October 28 at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Check it out below.

“In The End” will appear on BLACK VEIL BRIDES‘ upcoming concept album, “Wretched And Divine: The Story Of The Wild Ones”, which is scheduled for release in January 2013. The cover artwork for the CD was created by the band’s longtime friend, artist Richard Villa, and can be seen below..

The group was assisted by GOLDFINGER‘s John “Feldy” Feldmann during the tracking sessions for the CD.

BLACK VEIL BRIDES frontman Andy Biersack previously stated about the band’s new effort, “I’m so happy, excited and proud of this album!” He added, “Thank you, [Feldy] for helping us to create something we are all so proud of! This entire record is a dream come true!!”

Biersack told NME this past summer that the follow-up to “Set The World On Fire” was going to be “more of a punk rock record than anything we’ve done before. It’s SOCIAL DISTORTION meets METALLICA.”

BLACK VEIL BRIDES‘ new song, “Unbroken”, appeared on the soundtrack to this year’s movie, “Marvel’s The Avengers”. “Unbroken” is included on “Avengers Assemble”, a 14-track compilation of music from and inspired by the film. “Avengers Assemble” was released on May 1.

BLACK VEIL BRIDES‘ latest EP, “Rebels”, was released last December, exclusively through iTunes.

“Unbroken”, a new song from Los Angeles theatrical rockers BLACK VEIL BRIDES will appear on the upcoming soundtrack to this year’s highly anticipated movie, “Marvel’s The Avengers”. “Unbroken” is included on “Avengers Assemble”, a 14-track compilation of music from and inspired by the film. “Avengers Assemble” will be released on May 1.

Great new confirmations for the most expected festival!! Today we are pleased to announce the confirmation of CANNIBAL CORPSE, BLACK VEIL BRIDES and LIZZY BORDEN in the bill of the most important rock italian festival: Gods Of Metal 2012! CANNIBAL CORPSE return to Italy at Gods Of Metal 2012, June 21 (MANOWAR headlining). After participating in the 2010 edition in Turin, the American band will return to give us great music and great growl experience. Reunited BLACK SABBATH – who late last year confirmed the recording of their first new album in more than 33 years and a worldwide headlining tour – have had to put some plans on hold due to Tony Iommi’s battle with lymphoma. Tony unfortunately won’t be able for touring and deserves all our sympathy and our deepest love, wishing him a speedy recovery. GODS OF METAL 2012: June 24th, ticket holders

All GODS OF METAL Sunday 24th June ticket holders, which does not want to attend the day, are allowed to use the same ticket for one of the other three days of the festival (21 or 22 or 23 June) at their choice. This is valid both for regular / pit tickets for 4 days ticket. In order to change the ticket, they need to go the store from which they purchased it and ask for a change with a ticket / subscription for the same amount valid for another day (at their choice) or by paying a subscription for an amount exceeding the difference.
